“It may be helpful to allow cars to go both ways at the pumps. Have arrows to help guide cars or even have the attendent assist ...it may help with the long lines when busy as most vehicles have the gas tank on the driver's side.
Most people are patient and courteous, however some do get frustrated when there are long waits.”
“We were on a road trip when our vehicle started having trouble. Bill's Full Sevice was able to diagnose the issue quickly and they got us back on the road in a few hours. They were very friendly!”
“Being from jersey then traveling to Illinois was experience. Didn't know that you had to pump your own gas. I didn't even know how at first. You have pay inside store first then pump. I definitely see why they don't do this in jersey it would be too much craziness.”

“Parking is still free if you buy fuel or buy anything inside or in Restaurant. Used their newly remodeled shower which is only $15 and got free parking. All those who cry and give your business to some where else and come here for free parking and throw garbages in lot, should know nothing is free. You don't drive for free.To maintain the parking lot, lights all cost money. Business is not charity. Its Give and take.”
“It's a gas station with a decent convenience store and car wash. With the exception of the car wash being down occasionally everything goes well every time I visit.”

“Wow... So much Bigger and Different from the original freedom station that was there! My Youngest and I where completely surprised by the new Freedom Station! We stopped on the way to Wrestling Matches and then we stopped back by to get drinks before coming home! I definitely will be stopping again as it is one one my favorite places to go!”

“If you're passing through Bloomington Normal on I-55 and need a place to stop for gas, a bathroom, and a cup of coffee, this is it.My wife's quote - "That's the nicest gas station bathroom I've ever been in!". She actually repeats that sentiment later on. The men's room was very clean as well.I also found both employees working there helpful and friendly.I grabbed a fresh cup of coffee was on my way. Happy New Year Qik N EZ!”

“I’d like to think Carolyn Nesby for her most wonderful service and she’s very cordial and very nice and there’s another gentleman in there. He happens to be African-American. Very good chicken very good service. The cashiers were nice. Carolyn was exceptionally nice the gentleman the African-American gentleman back. They are cooking the chicken and the gizzards were delicious on point everything was great. Thank you.”
“The store manager is such a hard worker and amazing at customer service! I messed up my pizza order and without any consequences she fixed it all right up and somehow made me feel better than before! Usually after you make a mistake you feel really dumb but she had a huge smile on her face and just got things done. While waiting for my pizza order she was running around and working on about 10 different things and never let her smile slip away. She was an inspiration for me to make sure I keep up my spirits on a day I don’t want to do anything and I am grateful for this Caseys Pizza joint and blessed it is in my town! Her name was Rachel, if she was not the manager the she sure should be!”
“What an incredible grocery store! It’s been years since I’ve been to Hyvee, and wow, they’ve stepped it up.
They had a great selection of food and drinks. The deli had a large selection.
The wine and liquor section was quite large.
The staff is friendly and the place is very clean. You’ll find plenty of parking in the free lot.”

“I would like to give a huge shout out to the store manager TeKesha! My mom and I were on our way to Chicago and had stopped for gas when our van locked us out with no warning and with our phones in the van. TeKesha jumped right in to help. She called the police first to ask if they would help since she knew it would be cheaper and they were able to come unlock our van and get us on our way. TeKesha made the whole process so much easier. She was kind and friendly and upbeat! Thanks again TeKesha!”
“Recently changed to a new owner, he’s great. He pays attention to what the customers want and caters to their needs. Might be getting either pizza or ice cream stand. He is all about asking the clients what they want and stocking the store based off their preferences. Super friendly. I will make a point to frequent here because of the service.”

“Cheapest Gas in the area when I was down here in March and now in September as well. The pumps themselves can be difficult to get going with a credit card or debit card you Just got to be patient. Get gas everytime I go to Clinton Nuke/campsite.”
