“I have booked here via Turo and also their website and both were the same! Great customer service, Great communication, and the best prices! I give them a 10 out of 10 and will rent again!”
“the crystal lake location did an amazing job with helping me out & accommodated all my needs! there was a last minute cancellation at the algonquin location so customer service changed my booking to the Crystal Lake location. i was very annoyed at first due to me running around on a holiday weekend. but the moment i stepped foot in crystal lake’s location i was greeted instantly, & helped out quickly. even though i was booked for another car i didn’t feel the safest in that car due to my child also being in the car. with no hesitation he gave me other options & even after saying yes i changed my mind when i was told they had a jeep rubicon! with no hesitation i asked if i could drive the jeep & he got it all figured out so i was able to! when dropping the jeep back off i again had zero issues , they fixed the one (not car related) issue i had with no hesitation!! i want to thank all the guys who helped me & fixed whatever issues i had! you guys did an amazing job & i will keep on getting my car rentals at your location!”
“The staff picking up and dropping off, even on the phone were very helpful. I was able to change the car when I got there(just because of preference) helpful there. I needed to extend the rental, when I called in to ask, they helped my easily. And checkin was a breeze. Overall very good experience”
“I had a wonderful experience with Steve. Very attentive, funny, accomodating, and willing to work with you to get the vehicle that you desire. The vehicle I choose is very clean, reliable, and I have gotten compliments already. Thank you for all that you do and I look forward to a long-term business relationship.”

“Thank you to the entire staff at this location! This location works hard to resolve challenges and issues. I had reserved a compact SUV and it was not available when I got there - the agent immediately offered upgrade options at no additional cost. While I was waiting I witnessed the staff work with other customers that had similar and different challenges, and the staff was always looking for a resolution with positive actions and words. I know where I will go for my auto rental needs.”
“The personal and friendly approach of the staff at this car rental company will relieve you of all the stress associated with renting a car. One thing is legislation and another thing is the human factor. You can always negotiate and solve any situation. I am very happy that such a business exists in my area.”
“The collaboration between Gerber Collision and Glass and Enterprise made everything quick and easy. Nothing but good things to say! Amanda at Enterprise was great to work with!”
“We dropped off our child at school this morning and after my wife suggested to go With Torres auto repair because our Ford explorer was making a loud noise coming from the muffler. Also the explorer was making a different noise coming from the front axle that other places couldn't diagnose.”
“I was going to be 5min late past closing to turn in my rental. I called and he was gracious enough to wait for me. Saved me a ton of stress and money, thank you! Great customer service!”
