The sale process was a simple wire transfer and once they received payment, they arranged for the shipping company to pick up the car and it was in my driveway 3 days later. I received the title the following day via FedEx. Once I got the car, it was as described with no hidden surprises. But this time, I need to do a review because CK (owner) is the real deal. He was upfront with me about the problems with the Toyota Highlander that I purchased. He also was willing to take the vehicle to a Toyota dealership for inspection on my behalf since I was an out of state buyer. Can't say enough good things. “I came by because i had heard of this place online and my parents were town for a few hours left and figured it might be a long shot to get a tour but why not try. When i entered I found out you needed an appointment ahead of time as well as they were a bit busy at the time but after hearing about my parents they managed to accommodate us. The tour was insightful as well as the care the vehicles clearly had, and some of special order cars were packed with features that was awe inspiring. We got to see the showroom, body shop, the area were they painted as well as the room were they restored upholstery . I know my parents enjoyed it but my dad really loved it and he wont forget it and i wont

“My son and I bought a Suburban from him on 10/26/25, and if I don’t update this, all is well! What surprised me most was the customer service. He closed early to go to a wedding but still answered the phone, and came in the next day to show us the truck, on a Sunday! He made the process really easy, and seemed to really care about the cars he was selling. He told me his process of getting them inspected, then driving them as his daily driver for a couple weeks just to make sure they were solid. It doesn’t seem like your average used car place! We were really happy with it!”

We bought a service truck with a crane and they were totally honest with us about everything and told us they have a issue with the crane and that the parts were ordered as soon as they get them they would send it to us. “I recently drove a friend to Ormsby Motors who was purchasing a car for his wife. The deal was basically completed on line including selling price and trade-in value. My friend has multiple medical issues including ambulatory problems. We were graciously greated by Mike who arranged for us to park very close to the office to accommodate my friend. Tom the owner took over the transaction which went incredibly smoothly. In fact my friend had a bank check that was more than the agreed upon price. Here's the kicker Tom suggested we take the car back to Wisconsin without any money down and mail him a new check with the correct amount. UNBELIEVABLE amount of trust and good will on Tom's part. They quickly worked out a mutually agreeable payment schedule. I have never witnessed an automobile transaction like this in my life. Tom and Mike couldn't have been more accommodating to make this deal work. Incidentally, the car was a Buick in excellent condition. I wish all car dealers had the integrity, trust, and honesty of Tom, Mike and Ormsby Motors. I recently spoke to my friend his wife loves the car.”
