“I know this will probably get taken down but I'm here to leave a message to any and all customers. My name is Will and I've worked here for a year now. Currently 04/19/2023 we are low staffed and trying our hardest to take care of all of our customers. Please do not give us a hard time as we will do our best to provide great service to you. We however could change this and not be low staffed if we got our customer count up to 600 customers. We cannot afford to hire more team members per a decision made our higher ups. We are also told we will lose one of our service vehicles if this does not change. Lots of changes, rules, policies, and guidelines have changed over the time that I have worked here. “My pharmacy insurance at work is through CVS Caremark so having a CVS Pharmacy within a mile of my home is convenient. This location may not be open 24 Hours, but with my lifestyle, I don't need that. I'm happy and content that the actual pharmacy department is open as late as the entire store is. This CVS is also where I have gone since moving to Godfrey, to buy my travel size toiletries, greeting cards and gift wrapping items. Over-all it's a good chain drug store. When: Multiple visits. “I'm loving my new hometown Target. The layout is a lot different from my old big city Target, but I'm adjusting to the flow. The staff here is also more down to earth and friendly. Just walking through the store, whenever I pass an associate, they all speak and ask if I am finding everything I am looking for or need. It is obvious, the management here is focused on customer service and has trained their staff well. As others have commented, this store is always clean and well organized. Having just moved into a new house, I am making numerous runs to this Target. I am amazed at the things I didn't need in my old house, I now need in my new house. Best of all, they have a spot where you can take a selfie with the Target Dog. My big city store didn't have that. Small town Targets, rock. When: Very Often Why: New home owner, I need stuff.”

“I went in this month to pay my bill and was welcomed by an extremely beautiful and kind woman with the most persuasive eyes I’ve ever seen. Not only did I pay my phone bill but she talked me into switching my plans AND got me an amazing deal on a tablet for my wife since I had expressed that I wasn’t able to get her anything for Valentine’s Day. She was a breathe of fresh air and I’m so glad someone so helpful was there. Hopefully she will be there whenever it’s time to pay my bill again, I will drive to wherever she is working just for her great service.”

“EDIT:Still 5 stars! Since then they have had another Sorento, 2 Tellurides and a Camaro Convertible. Getting ready to do my seconds Camaro Convertible next week.Brand new 2018 Kia Sorento. Took it to another place first and they did a very bad job and didn't listen to what I wanted. This place may not be the best looking but they get the job done right the first time.I asked for the factory tinted glass to be darker and to match on the front and brow. That is exactly what he did and took only a couple of hours to do it.Hours are after 10AM so if you call before then you won't get an answer but they will call you back.Great job!!”
