On top of that, he hooked me up with a great deal on a phone case and screen protector. It felt like talking to a friend, not just a store manager.

“Amar was THE BEST person I could’ve asked for to help me solve some very difficult issues. He helped me solve everything and went ABOVE and beyond to make sure I got everything done right then because he could tell I was too stressed to do the process (as simple as it might’ve been) he even stayed at work a little after closing to activate another phone for me as well. “I am one that is huge on good honest customer service, knowledgeable staff, and effort. I live about 35 minutes away from this store in Missouri however due to how great they were to a good friend of mine I figured I should give them a try. The Boost Mobile near me tried to charge me $290 for 2 free phones, 2 single plans (even tho I asked for a multi-line plan and tried to force sell me all accessories and said if I didn't buy their bundle that the phones would cost me $99 a PC. NO THANK YOU!!Yesterday from the moment I called the Alton Boost store to verify promotions and general pricing to the moment I got home and actually had service I can say without a doubt I will not go any other phone store but ALTON'S BOOST MOBILE!!!While Chuck was busy transferring my phone numbers to the new phones he confirmed everything with me as the process went along. The store would go from just myself being the only customer in there to 4 or 5 others customers. Every single customer walked through the door was greeted with a genuine hello, how can I help you and everyone of them had entered the store saying "Hey Chuck" and every single customer walked out the door satisfied with in 10 or 15 mins from the the time they arrived. From assisting with payment processing, putting new cases or screen protectors on a device, to insuring that my service transfer was completed properly. The obvious pride Chuck takes in providing stellar customer service, his knowledge of Boost service and and the phenomenal reporte he has with the customers is rarely seen anymore when in a retail store. It was worth the drive to visit that store. I honestly do not remember the last time I walked out of a store feeling like my business was more than just a transaction.5 STARS isn't near enough to say thank you for the best customer service experience that I have had in a long, long time. No shady bs, no crabby staff. They go above and beyond to help each and every customer.For the 1st time in 2 years we can finally use our cel phones at home. ????????????”

“I've been with Metro PCS since 2018 and I've never had a problem with they're service, most of their system resets they'll alert you but they always do it over night so not many customers are affected (but remember they do alert you)I'd recommend them to anyone because some of us struggle from time to time, and you'll be able to extend your service without data for 72 hours if your phone's disconnected due to being short of fundsOut of sight”

“I went in this month to pay my bill and was welcomed by an extremely beautiful and kind woman with the most persuasive eyes I’ve ever seen. Not only did I pay my phone bill but she talked me into switching my plans AND got me an amazing deal on a tablet for my wife since I had expressed that I wasn’t able to get her anything for Valentine’s Day. She was a breathe of fresh air and I’m so glad someone so helpful was there. Hopefully she will be there whenever it’s time to pay my bill again, I will drive to wherever she is working just for her great service.”

“My husband and I went into the Alton store last night and there were 6 in line saying they were unable to check in. When we were all told to check in by Craig we told him we could not, he became so rude and said it works just fine. He came over and rudely spoke to the first person in line. He was able to check her in but it took him a long time and he could barely type in her info and get it to work. The same thing happened to all of us as we attempted to check in. He continued being rude and antagonizing. He made us feel like we were idiots. I asked why he was being so rude and he said, “you don’t know what we put up with everyday”. It’s his job. He continued trying to antagonize my husband. Myself and my husband were both very upset. I have never been treated this was by a customer service representative in my life. I asked for a manager and he said there wasn’t one there. We are seriously considering cancelling our services with you because of this one man. We have had phone, internet and cable service with you for the last 5 years but this is unacceptable. The other customers before us were yelling at this guy because of his behavior. Craig seemed to think it was funny. Educate your employees about proper customer service.”
