“Dropped my phone off there after it was water damaged at a music festival. Everyone I interacted with was super helpful and friendly! I expected to pay around a couple hundred because they ended up having to do some experimenting with my phone to figure out what was wrong with it. They kept in contact through the whole proccess, and it ended up only being 120$! My phone feels brand spankin' new! Super highly reccomended! I will be using them again in the future for any of my phone or phone - adjacent repairs!”

“I had been with T-mobil for 16 years and was hesitant to switch. I was paying over $300 a month for 2 people and no new phones. Decided to go into this store just to see. I worked with Reagan there and she ended up getting me a new phone and $150 cheaper bill. I thought it would end up going up and it was too good to be true. I am 4 months in and my bill has not changed. In today's economy we need to save where ever possible. I amd OVERLY happy with my choice to switch to Verizon! FANTASTIC customer service in store and fantastic service!”

“Troy was amazing and professional, knew exactly what he was doing, and helped me switch over my plan from another country. I was scared it was going to be complicated but he made it so simple and painless. I heard another employee in the store who was very kind and patient to an elderly woman who had accidentally come to the wrong store (she had T mobile). I had such a great experience with this store. “Went here on accident actually wasn’t able to buy anything today because of financial reasons but Marsha has helped me so much I will be back next week during the week when she works to add a phone to my account she was very informative and helped me pick my best option for my kid. “I can honestly say this Alton location has completely changed since Tyler took over as manager. The improvements are hard to even put into words. The customer service, atmosphere, and overall experience are on a completely different level now. This is the only store I’ll come to anymore.
Last week I had an issue where one of the employees, Makayla, added a new line to my account but didn’t put it on the same plan as the rest of my lines, which made my bill way higher than normal. Thankfully, I came in while Tyler was working and he immediately fixed the issue with no hassle at all and apologized for his employees mess up. That level of customer service is rare nowadays and it’s very appreciated.
We used to avoid this store completely and drive to the Wood River location instead, but now it’s the exact opposite. As long as Tyler is leading this store, you guys will continue to have my business and support. Huge respect to him for turning this place around.”

“I went in this month to pay my bill and was welcomed by an extremely beautiful and kind woman with the most persuasive eyes I’ve ever seen. Not only did I pay my phone bill but she talked me into switching my plans AND got me an amazing deal on a tablet for my wife since I had expressed that I wasn’t able to get her anything for Valentine’s Day. She was a breathe of fresh air and I’m so glad someone so helpful was there. “I've been with Metro PCS since 2018 and I've never had a problem with they're service, most of their system resets they'll alert you but they always do it over night so not many customers are affected (but remember they do alert you)I'd recommend them to anyone because some of us struggle from time to time, and you'll be able to extend your service without data for 72 hours if your phone's disconnected due to being short of fundsOut of sight”
