The call line operators are responsive and very accommodating for my wants and needs. They have an amazing maintenance guy on site that has helped me out tremendously! “If I could give more than five stars I would. My fiancé and I were stranded after our U-Haul‘s computer did not accurately know that we were in or out of park. While we were waiting for roadside assistance, the area field manager, Michael Ostrander had happened upon our U-Haul and helped us solve an issue that would’ve otherwise taken hours in several minutes. I cannot rate this place more highly in terms of friendliness, expediency, and professionalism.”
“This company did what very few do-they listened. I had a lot of trouble with billing issues when they first took over, then out of nowhere gate codes didn’t work. Twice I came out and couldn’t get in. It even cost me some money not being able to access the unit. It had just reached a point of pure frustration. So, I left a negative review. Then, to my surprise, the management called me, they went out and figured out the issue and made it right. The owner handled the situation quickly and professionally.
Honestly, the facility and overall experience is a 3-star at best. But the positive and professional manner with which management resolved a problem definitely warrants the 4! Only reason I can’t do 5 stars is, I wish the issue had been handled without me having to resort to a negative review. The moment they knew there was an issue would have been the time to fix it, not weeks later after it happened again. Still, the fact they finally handled it and made it right definitely was impressive. Thank you.”
“Theo saved the day. We had a moving company take our money and run. We needed to be out of the state and the company stopped answering. We called Theo in a panic, he hooked us up with a trailer and everything we needed to get on the road. He saw the day we were having and cut us a deal. I can't say how thankful I am for Theo and his wonderful staff.”
“Had the pleasure of meeting most of the family. And what are treasure that was, including the cat that there was newly being adopted and nobody knew it yet except for the cat. These people care about people and they care about God's creatures and they do a good job with the storage facility. They have somebody on site tending to stuff and I think that's very smart and the guy's a nice guy too. All around good professional people who work their best to work with people. Be kind to them and clean up after yourselves that's all I ask of anyone who takes my advice and goes there for storage. Class act people all of them. Thank you very much for my time in your lives.”

My only complaint is: when I went online to check out availability and price, I got a person from a company receiving their calls.
That person did not speak good English and was very annoying. We drove down to the facility and received excellent service. I almost went somewhere else because of my experience with the company taking their calls.”
