“Super friendly and helpful. My daughter and I were in a bad position during our motorcycle trip to Dubuque, IA. The gentleman at the counter was super kind and responsive to our situation. He saved our trip and we will always remember him. Even with a broken motorcycle we were still able to have a great trip. This place is highly recommended. She had just opened that morning for the business being remote only for multiple months and she stepped right up and made things happen. Kudos to her and to Hertz for reopening this location.”
