“We have been using Cassidy for our new tires and repairs for years. These guys are great! Very kind and helpful. Good work and in the time frame promised. The only downside is few service guys on Saturdays. Definitely recommend them! Another tire service center actually recommended them to me because they couldn’t fix the hole in my tire because it was too big. I went to other place because of the Saturday issue but was back at Cassidy on Monday because they are the best.”

“Sylvester was wonderful! I was about an hour away from home for an appointment (with Gramma and an infant) and noticed my back tires were low. I was circling the lot to see if there was a possible air pump when Sylvester came out to wave me over. He was SO kind and professional and insisted on me sitting in my van with the baby while he checked and filled all tires that needed it. Wow! They could have sold me a new tire and rotation (probably two tires because most places won't replace just one tire) but instead they offered to air my tire up to see if the tiny leak would hold (I stupidly put in Fix-A-Flat the day before, which typically is not recommended). Tire seems to be holding up several hours later). I know I have to put two new tires on soon, and I will be back to Carry Tire & Auto. Great service.”

He was very helpful in showing me all the options and very knowledgeable in letting me know the pros and cons of each selection. He even addressed the possible cause to my tire’s unusual wear. Now a days it is hard to find quality knowledgeable service. I found one today with Noah at Mavis in Crystal Lake.”
“Before I came here I had gotten quoted $3300 to repair my Audi A5 at another local place. I was skepticle so came here instead for a second opinion. They injected dye to check for leaks and cleaned the car underneath and cleaned the engine area all for a very fair price. I drove the car for two weeks and they reported there were no leaks and no repairs needed... AAA+”
