“Flight arrived at 12:30 am. Rental car was closed which was expected. Walked over from hotel at 7:45 am since the app shows you open at 8 am. Was told they don’t open until 9 am. However , within 5 minutes the black female helped me out. Great experience with her. Please change the app to 9 am though to avoid further confusion for others.”

“I've always had excellent customer service at the Hertz East Moline location. However, the office has been closed since March 20, 2025, and I miss having the convenience of a car rental service only a few blocks from where I live. Really hoping the East Moline location opens soon.”
