“I wanted to share my experience at Carters in East Peoria Il this past weekend. I recently had some health issues that make it hard for me to walk. I walked in using a cart because we forgot my walker and home. My husband helped me in then I started shopping. This very kind lady named Colleen helped me so much..She directed me to the areas I needed and even helped me reach high clothes rack. I had to buy alot but I was in and out within a half hour. Very friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back. It felt like old fashion shopping experience where customer service is a priority. Thanks so much Colleen.
