“Store manager Ms Monica always has a smile and is excellent with her sewing skills. Ms Tammy, front store Customer Service Cashier Clerk is the same. Her smile and the way she treats the customers is very professional. Ms JP, is a front store 2 for one Cashier Customer Service Clerk and like a therapist. She listens to the customer tell problems they have while letting them vent. The customer feels better than they did, than when they first went in there. Ms Alberta's tailoring and alteration skills are nothing to play with. That lady knows her skills good....Just met Mr. Abdul and he has a ready smile for the customer and did great alterations on my suit jacket and pants. He tailored my clothes so well that, I'm taking some pants to him today to have him sew some suspender buttons inside the pants. NYC at both locations, 2400 Bond Avenue and 5900 State Street here in East St. Louis Illinois, those store clerks keep me looking good in my suits!”
