“Recently moved everything to West Pine. The ease of the transfer was a relief. My medications were on time for the first time in over a year. Each interaction has felt like they are going above and beyond - but it’s just how they do business. The hours work for me and they have designated parking. I had no idea the amount of stress using a national chain was causing me. The reasons I was using national no longer apply - the drive through was never open and they are no longer 24hrs.
I could not be happier that I made this switch. If you have been frustrated with your pharmacy and West Pine is convenient for you - stop procrastinating and just stop in or call them.”

“This establishment is completely professional. I was immediately greeted and they were on time with giving me my vaccinations. Every question I asked they were able to answer. I wanted to know if the vaccine was live vs inactivated and she answered for me also I asked to see the expiration she showed me the fresh bottle which was cold and kept to correct temperature. After the injection which was smooth and very clean administration, they imputed my information immediately into the state database which is really important and gave me immediate proof of vaccination. I will go here again for any pharmacy or vaccination needs. As a high level nurse 100% approve this place for any healthcare needs. Also a BOB”
“I have recently switched to this pharmacy as the big chain pharmacies near me either never pick up their phone or have my prescription in stock. I am on medication that I need to take on a daily basis & my Dr.s office is bad at letting me know if they have called my medication in, so I end up having to call the pharmacy to find out. They have never given me any issues when I call & are very pleasant & helpful. Every time I come to pick up my medication it is the same person that assists me & he is great. Polite, professional as well you can tell he likes his job. I am grateful to have found this place. They alleviate a lot of my anxiety over my medication.”

“Words cannot express the feeling I get when I go here. We are here for the next 3 months and I have only one complaint, the kitchen staff seem to hate their job. “It's normally easy to get in and out quickly and using the app to pay is convenient. However, the last time I went the pump wasn't accepting any of my payment options saved in the app and there isn't a way to pay at the pump without a physical club member card. I had to go to a different gas station. Luckily, it was only a 2-cent difference.”

I do not know the amount but just about every useable space in that office is filled with bags of someones life saving medication waiting to be picked up. You can't complain if it takes all day to fill a medication, it is not the staffs fault.”

“I'm always shopping here for myself and through instacart the cashiers go through a rough time with ignorant customers but they do they job very well and remain calm the works there that stock help customers the best way they can and there was an employee by the name on Davonte today he over heard me looking for the Philadelphia cheese cake filling and stopped me and asked if I was still looking for it because he over heard the conversation I was having with another employee and he found it for me !! Thank you so much my family has been asking me to remake the cheesecake I did for Christmas so I wanted tot do it for Valentine's Day thank you thank you thank you Davonte !”

My apologies I have only had great experiences with this pharmacy and anyone that I have spoken with has only ever had good things to say about this location and there services. The store location across the street I wish I could say the same for but far from it.”
“I really can't say enough about how much I love getting my prescriptions here. They answer the phone when you call, just like in the days of yore. They know who you are and what health conditions you have. I don't know of any other pharmacy that does it like this, and I love it. Their hours are a little shorter than a Walgreens or CVS, and I don't think they have online access, but the human touch makes up for that and then some. If you miss the experience of a small, family-owned pharmacy, this is it in Belleville. However, if you enjoy automated phone menus and overworked/undertrained/underpaid staff, by all means keep your scripts at CVS.”

“I have had a problem getting a prescription for my chemotherapy filled on time for over a year and a half with a regular Walgreens. It has been a constant non-stop pain in the ass. And trying other pharmacies did not work either. Even other specialty pharmacies. And finally they transferred my prescriptions to this Walgreens specialty pharmacies and I have not had an issue since. They call me a week before it's. It's ready to be refilled. They make sure that's at my door on time with no issues. I don't even have to call them. It's never been late. People are friendly professional and fast. I think this pharmacy is great!. I appreciate the fact that they get my medicine to me when it's needed without going through a big hassle every month. This pharmacy is amazing.”
