“If you need a decoration for your house, this is the place to go. I gave four instead of five stars though because I was there recently looking for some items to finish out my fall decor and the decor available to me in the store was primarily Halloween. I was quite disappointed because I drove 45 minutes to get there and I know last year they had a plethora of fall. If you're looking for Halloween decor though, get there soon while the stock is plentiful.”
“Found this place looking for a doxie pillow that was sold out at big name-brand stores. This shop was less expensive even with shipping! Plus, I feel better knowing I am supporting a small business. The pillow is great wool-like quality, and it's bigger than my real doxies! Shipping was quick; I got a tracking number shortly after purchase, so I knew exactly when it would get in. I can't speak for in person, but the online experience was superb.”

“This Ross was very well stocked and organized. They had tons of home decor, and clothing for all sizes. Their prices are amazing, and they always have a lot of items marked down even lower. Staff were friendly and doing an amazing job with restocking, organizing and cleaning the store.
I definitely miss being in the area, since I graduated from SIUE. I need to come back more.”

“I stopped in after getting my hair done at The Hair Studios upstairs. I was looking for something in particular for updating my living room decor. While I did not find the exact thing I needed, I did find: an eclectic mix of everything, an attentive/friendly salesperson (I assume owner) who chatted with everyone like old friends and carried heavy purchases to cars when needed, and two random items I was inexplicably drawn to buy (at a reasonable price!). Organized, clean, and fun…I will be back the next time I’m in the area.”
