“I recommend Reynaulds Euro Imports as someone who is very helpful and went out of their way on my behalf. I have a Brawa cable railway on my HO layout which I had to take apart when moving to a new home. During the reassembly the cable started to fray and had to be replaced. I e-mailed Brawa 3 times asking for help in replacing the cable. There was no response. I knew Reynaulds represented their products in the USA so I called them and told my story to Joe. He said he would be happy to help and would contact Brawa. In a few days he e-mailed me that the cable was on it's way and he would forward it to me when it arrived. It is refreshing in these days and times to find a company that really practices customer service.

“I visited specifically looking for pumpkin orange flowers to accent a dress for my child's dance date. While the selection of flowers was great, that specific color option was not great. I was able to pick out a few flowers and they did suit the dress very well so I am pleased overall.”
