“My fiancé and I have been taking our dog Waylon here for close to a year and we are so happy with our grooming experience for our dog! The staff is always so welcoming and friendly. They do a great job about notifying us when something was noticed during his grooming. Kelli does an amazing job! Waylon always gets so many compliments when we leave here! 10/10 would recommend.”
“Mostly use their do it yourself dog wash. It is a nicely setup facility with tons of warm water, shampoo and conditioner, towels, good sized wash stations and high volume air dry hoses. Much easier than home. Pricing is very reasonable at $8 per wash if you buy 5 washes.”

“We typically get our treats from Wet Nose and are aware of how awesome this shop and it's employees are but in case you need another reason....I made an online yesterday (sunday) and selected local delivery for today.I received all my documentation immediately. And this morning received a delivery status update, picked up and on its way. A short time later the delivery driver (3rd party) called to ensure correct location. We had a slight miscommunication, he was a few streets over at another brown house with red Ford in the drive way. Unfortunately my package got delivered to the wrong address.Someone from the shop reached out to me and actually drove out themselves to find and deliver the package to my house!!!You couldn't ask for any better service!!Thank you very much Wet Nose & Jeanette, for helping out!!”

“Great place to take your dog to bathe them quickly and painlessly. My neighbors have taken their two goldens there and had a great experience so I tried it with my dog and it was so easy, inexpensive and worthwhile. It’s immaculate, the shampoo and towels are provided and the staff are always nice and helpful. Wonderful place and they offer a lot of dog food and treats.”

Would definitely recommend to anyone considering adopting a greyhound or looking to learn more about the breed!”
“I brought my two Havenese to be groomed for the 1st time at Petsmart. I was nervous as I'm not the best at keeping up on brushing them. My dogs are 15 and 6 yrs old. They looked awesome when I picked them up. Our groomer, Ashley was great, she did wonderful job. We will be back, just a wonderful experience all the way around

“I've been shopping at Critters off and on since I found them in 2012. I just went back this week for cat food and remembered why I love this place. They have a great selection of high quality pet foods. They also hire animal-loving employees that are knowledgeable and helpful. They're so much better than a chain store.”
“Truck drivers: Pretty easy place to get into, you just need to make a right on Woodward drive and another right on cardinal drive, you’ll see the dock ramp shortly on your right hand side along with the entrance. Plenty of space to pull forward too. Fair amount of vehicles coming in and out of the entrance you’ll be using. Staff are great and quick to unload, despite being short staffed.

“Their groomers are the best we've found in the area. Price is about the same as other places but they're much faster and quality is great. We had issues where another local groomer injured our dog twice (cuts) but have had no issues here and have been going here for years now!”

“Brought home my sweet havenese Mimi sept 22 and shes been the cutest most well behaved baby. The guy who helped us was very polite and explained everything very well. We went to other Petland locations before this one and they were filthy this one was very clean. She was a little sick a week after we took her home… the vet that they worked with (Milbrook) in Geneva was no help whatsoever so I recommended if you bring a puppy home from here to skip out on Milbrook.”
