The associate at this location was extremely patient and willing to work with me through every step even if it took four hours. They were able to provide me a phone and service for less than a month's bill with my previous provider. And they wore nothing but a smile. Very cute too”

“I’ve always loved shopping at Target, but I wanted to take a moment to highlight something special about this Elgin location.
They have a dedicated nursing station for moms inside the fitting room area, and I love that they clearly post a sign about it in the women’s restroom at the front of the store. It’s such a thoughtful and supportive touch for parents.
It really took me back to my early days as a new mom, when I often felt like I had to rush home just to pump. Back then, even stores like Babies “R” Us didn’t offer spaces like this. So seeing this kind of accommodation now feels like a big step forward.
Even though my babies are grown, it genuinely makes me happy to see other moms being supported in this way. It’s small details like this that make a big difference.
Kudos to this Target location — you did good. I’d love to see more stores follow your lead.”

“Looks like I am the first to post a review here :) My name is Jen. I have lived here, in Elgin for 15 years. I work in the Restaurant Business. So, I appreciate good, friendly service. This location has had many turnovers in staff/management, over the years. Seems like you have a good team employed there now!!! Just want to give a BIG shout out to Alisa (hope I spelled her name right.) She works usually days. Always remembers me when I come in... And my Son Nicholas. Very fun- loving. And sweet. And also need to say good things about 2 of your overnight cashiers.... Jerry, and Nina. I mostly pop in there after my late shifts at work. So, I see them quite frequently. Usually for cat food, or cigarettes. Nina is very welcoming, warm, and friendly. Always patient. Such a Sweetie. And Jerry is the same. I told him earlier when I came in (for cat food). That he should be a psychiatrist. I overheard a customer "spilling his heart out" about something personal. And Jerry said... "it's ok, buddy. Just move past it, and do what you have to do". It will be ok.....cute. Thank You all, for wonderful service”
