I can’t believe I called the Larkin branch and after 30 minutes and finally I gave up. It seems as though not a single person can return or answer a call. Off to look for another bank in the Elgin area that values their customers.

Do we just not believe in customer service any more. You can never get anyone on the phone, you have to wait for ever inside. It is like they don't care anymore. I am so disappointed.
