“I am from Minnesota and drove my car to Carol Stream on January 1 to attend a funeral for my uncle. As I was close to my hotel, my low oil pressure light came on. When I got to the hotel, I checked the oil and there was a significant leak. My wife checked on line for car repair shops near the hotel, and the closest one was Kehoe auto repair. We checked reviews and they were all good. I showed up at the shop right when it opened at 8 am. I didn’t have an appointment, but Chris got my car in right away. It turns out that the mechanic who did an oil change before I left for Chicago, didn’t install the drain plug gasket correctly and it popped out causing the leak. Chris and his team fixed the problem and only charged $54.74, and they did it in plenty time for me to make it to the visitation and funeral! I cant thank them enough for helping me out! I would highly recommend them.”
“We just had the most incredible experience working with the Tesla Collision Center in Elk Grove Village. My 2018 Tesla M3 was side-swiped by another driver. I was overwhelmed by the high level of customer service provided by this business, from scheduling an appointment, giving us information about rental cars, frequent updates on the repairs being completed, and the pick up, payment, and drop off of the rental car when the repairs were completed. The two associates that stand out were Salman and Alexandra. These two were so patient and kind in answering our many questions and walking us through the process. Thank you so much to them and all those that worked behind the scenes to make my car look like new again. They did a perfect job and cleaned the car inside and out before returning it to us. We're so happy!”

“I just moved to the area and it was the first time using this dealership, I thought they did a great job had me in and out very fast. I needed a new cabin filter, but what they were charging to replace it when they already had it out of the car was a little more than I was willing to pay considering that they only cost about $15 at the auto parts store.”
