“I opened an account at Huntington about 2 weeks ago. While I was waiting for my debit card in the mail, I was using the card online. Well for some reason the bank thought my online banking account was compromised and locked it. I called customer service and they said I needed to go to a branch to get it fixed. I went into the Huntington Bank inside of Jewel. There was no one in front of me so I was able to talk to someone right away. The manager came out and was able to fix it and make me a new online account within 10 minutes. She was very friendly and helpful, and I really appreciated how quickly she was able to fix my issue. I highly recommend this branch after experiencing their excellent customer service.”

I moved to ELk Grove Village in 1991, not aware the merger to City Bank, great cs as usual. I moved to Wood Dale in 2018, CitiBank, EGV remains my favorite, great tellers, friendly place.”
