I was crunched for time finding a kurta for my buddy's wedding and Arti was super welcoming and put together a great three piece outfit. They were even able to do alterations within 3 days to make sure I had time to try it on a few days before the event. Arti provided $120 off of everything because we found one that fit and looked good all together. Highly recommend this place for Indian jewelry and clothing!”

“I stopped to look at their boots while I was in the neighborhood. They have top notch gear and their boots are high quality with triple stitching. I was hoping to find a bargain but ended up paying full price which is unusual for me. I did find a great deal on a pair of tennis shoes though so I now have two sets of new footwear.If they had more clothing in my size I would have stocked up on those, too. Not to mention the great gear they carry.The staff was friendly and helpful and I helped me feel better about leaving so much money behind.”

I purchased 2 shirts for summer events.
Their products are good, they have great variety, and this outlet store is well stocked!
As you can see in the photos, they have plenty of items in every color and size on their shelves.

“Every time I shop at this location the customer service is excellent. Today and on previous visits Tally assisted me by setting my fitting room and finding outfits and clothes. She is great about asking the occassion/event and what look I'm going for. Once she has that info she goes to work! With the store having such a large inventory and tons of looks Im very grateful she assisted me today. When I was waiting a few minutes in line for a cashier she even called for backup. Elijah was my cashier who is always pleasant snd professional. My only con for the visit was that the music was too loud. In addition to Tally there were other staff members that offered assistance today. Every piece I bought today was picked by Tally except one. The staff my shopping experience easy and my vaca looks ??”
“Today, my friend and I decided to check out Chicago Fashion Outlet at Rosemont. We shopped from different retailers including outdoor gear shops. I noticed my wallet my missing. I was in full panic mode since my wallet had all my IDs, insurance cards, DL and some cash. My friend and I retraced our steps back into the different stores with no luck until we finally decided to go back to J Crew where I browsed earlier. Unbelievably, they had my wallet it was turned over by another shopper who found it! Melissa and Aiden are awesome we couldn’t thank them enough. I was in near tears from gratitude. J Crew is fortunate to have them. They are good people and represent excellent customer service. I hope J Crew would recognize their contribution to the store’s reputation. Again, thank you, Melissa and Aiden?”

The store Needs in store wheel cars for the handicapped ♿️ and an express line for those who can't walk stand for too long. As in another store like Wal-Mart and Sam's would get customers to stay in the store and shop longer therefore making more sales.”
“Although customer service wasn’t able to help me with what I needed I’m not going to be sour grapes and give them a bad review because their customer service was excellent and they did exactly what they were supposed to do. I didn’t get the results I liked, but they were still very good at what they did.The store is extremely well stocked with a huge variety of items!Each department has a good variety of items and sizes and the racks are extremely full.The store is easy to get to from the parking lot. You won’t find a suit or formal dress but what you will find is comfortable, sporty clothes that can be worn to a BBQ, sports event or any event that says “dress casual”!

“I went into this location to return some items I was really hoping to fit. Normally I get a tall size but this style was naturally long. When I was returning the pants I was sad that I’d have to buy a different size at normal prize rather than the discounted rate I got them at. BELLA went above and beyond to find replacements that would be an even exchange rather than me having to pay more. She was so kind and patient to ensure I had a great experience. She’s the best :)”

“This Ross has great customer service!!!
After 2 Rosses didn't accept my return stating that my receipt didn't scan (even though it was perfectly readable), I came to this Ross and the store manager Dan was able to complete it without any problems. I was quite frustrated that other managers claimed "nothing could be done" when a perfectly fine receipt not scanning is not a fault of my own.
Dan was courteous, didn't question the receipt scanning and simply stated that he could override it, making it a pleasant experience after I had driven around looking for other Rosses. He was the only manager today who I felt actually followed the correct Ross policy of accepting returns with a receipt. I will definitely be returning to this Ross.
The associate I spoke to on the phone was also very kind and helpful.
This place actually *wants* to accomodate you as a customer.
I was quite thankful to Dan today for taking the extra time to listen and help me out- not just turn me away and blame the scanner for me not getting the refund I was entitled to.”
