“I stopped to look at their boots while I was in the neighborhood. They have top notch gear and their boots are high quality with triple stitching. I was hoping to find a bargain but ended up paying full price which is unusual for me. I did find a great deal on a pair of tennis shoes though so I now have two sets of new footwear.If they had more clothing in my size I would have stocked up on those, too. Not to mention the great gear they carry.The staff was friendly and helpful and I helped me feel better about leaving so much money behind.”

“I had so much fun shopping in this store. I am glad I saw this store there is a display on the front saying 40-60% sale and that is why I was encouraged to go inside. It is clean and well organized but the great thing in here is that there are sales on every items. The items in the store were nice and the quality was nice as well. There are a lot of choices to choose from and all sizes are available. The staff is also friendly and helpful. Prices are already fair and reasonable but there is a sale on all of the items so it was such a great deal. I seriously bought a lot and I was able to buy clothes for me, my family and my friends. The items I bought for us are wonderful and has a comfortable fabric. They love everything I bought for them. The store is really amazing.”

“Some of the lowest reviews are legit and some are just plain asinine. For example the kid that said the other stores look cooler, that’s probably the dumbest thing I’ve ever read. The prices are actually fair since they’re a lot cheaper than most of the stores I shop at and they have excellent quality. They always have sales so I would check the website. It was very slow when I went there on a Saturday night but the employees kept the store clean and tidy. I guess they charge for plastic bags now which is weird. If you have bought a lot of items, be sure to bring one of your own bags to store them in after purchase.”

“I was in the mall going around from store to store to find myself a card holder wallet. Prior to this I have misplaced the one I had during my work trip in Toronto. Since I'm having new cards delivered, I am in need of a replacement. As I entered the shop, I was greeted right away by the associate posted up in the middle of the shop. I exchange pleasantries and proceed to where the wallets are kept. I did go through a few on display and found one that I liked. Asked for another of the same card holder from the back if they had one kept. They did and so I bought it. I adore this place. They have really nice selection of things that I was definitely looking for. Maybe next time I could browse their apparel. But for now, just a wallet will do. The associates were very helpful and extremely friendly. Did I mention they were both good looking as well. I needed a suit for a new job by the next week, and came into the store late, an hour before close.Ruby was very kind and accommodating to help me with point of purchase all the way through the transaction. And Angel helped me greatly with picking out the right suit as well as helping me purchase the correlating pants online.They were greatly helpful. They treated me like I was a friend. They were very kind and professional, even though I came late, yet they didn’t rush me, and they helped me out so well. I would highly recommend going to this store.”

“I really love this store! It is always the first place I go to when I'm at the mall. They have so lots of variety and styles. You can also buy here some unique clothes. They have clothes for kids, teen, and up. I love the selection colors of their clothes and pants. They always have good deals, promo, and even sale items. This Forever 21 will give you an opportunity to grab and buy some quality items in a cheaper prices, affordable, and without breaking you pockets. This store has neat and clean changing/fitting rooms, you can easily try some of their clothes without a feeling of being uncomfortable. Their store also have sale sometimes, they will give a discounts in each of every items they had. You can buy anything you want in their items with a reasonable prices and you can check it out so fast. Their store is so huge, they got the perfect spot in the mall, it is so easy to find, and super accessible. I really love their styles of clothing, I will definitely go back here when I am going to shopping for clothes again. Thank you Forever 21 for such a wonderful service!”

“Alex is a literal angel! She ran and got me an obscene amount of jeans while I was trying them on. I think in total she got me like 10 different pairs. Ended up they only had a few of my size available cause I’m a little short, so of the million I tried on, I only got two. But now I know my size and what fit I want. All the while Alex was friendly and provided awesome customer service. Everyone in there today was just really friendly and kind. “We have been at this location multiple times. Yesterday, it looked like they were low on some stuff. There was a person called Chewy who was quite enthusiastic in his job and welcomed everyone with a smile. This store is in a convenient location in midst of west schaumburg residential area.Would certainly go back again.”

“Wow! I walked into the store and was blown away at the amount of merchandise. They have final clearance which is 75% of retail store. Last season items selected for 60% off retail. Then they have last collection at 50% off retail and finally the basics and some new items at full price. I spent about an hour in the store and saved about 1K off items that are from previous collections I couldn't find my size, so I missed out on classic pieces. I will be back k and the staff is very helpful!”

What used to be a dark and cologne filled closet from your favorite popular kid has turned into a bright, peppy, natural toned lounge feel.
