“Every time I shop at this location the customer service is excellent. Today and on previous visits Tally assisted me by setting my fitting room and finding outfits and clothes. She is great about asking the occassion/event and what look I'm going for. Once she has that info she goes to work! With the store having such a large inventory and tons of looks Im very grateful she assisted me today. When I was waiting a few minutes in line for a cashier she even called for backup. Elijah was my cashier who is always pleasant snd professional. My only con for the visit was that the music was too loud. In addition to Tally there were other staff members that offered assistance today. Every piece I bought today was picked by Tally except one. The staff my shopping experience easy and my vaca looks ??”

“Shoutout to Adam! I worked here in ‘16 and could not be more happier to have been a part of the team. I made a super sale within my first week and really was grateful to be a part of the team. Their clothing runs a little smaller, it’s a British take on Japanese Americana apparel. Be happy to explore the store—they have so many different varieties of clothes here that you won’t be disappointed. Both shirts I’m wearing are an XL and I am 5’10 and 161 lbs in this second pic for reference. First pic is from when I worked there. Second is today.”

Two employees, one i didnt get the name of but it was a red haired girl, and I asked the blonde haired girl for her name and it was Phoenix! Both were super helpful and Phoenix went the extra mile for me. She helped me find just the perfect gifts for my daughter, since I didn’t have much style myself! Looking forward to my next visit!”

“The Schaumburg location has the nicest and most caring staff! After a very recent surgery, I was not able to get to the store to get post mastectomy inserts. My 68 year old mom went to get them for me because the online order was going to take a while, and I needed them soon. My mom called me while at the store, and i spoke with Ina, who, with her manager Christina, went above and beyond to locate the inserts. Thank you, ladies, for helping my mom and for making me feel whole again. Someone give these wonderful women a raise! Thank you again, ladies!”
“I went into the Schaumburg Buckle to buy a new pair of jeans, and it was my first time shopping there for myself. I was immediate greeted by Michael, who jumped into finding me a pair that would work for me. He and a female associate were very patient while I was trying to decide what size I should buy and if I should hem. They are not cheap jeans after all. Ultimately I took their advice and washed the jeans before deciding to hem, which made them fit perfect. They were very helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and I love these jeans. Great store and employees, and I will be back.”

“This place is awesome. It’s like a in person Shein with how good the prices are. The quality is better than Shein of course but the pricing is so good! $20 for a pair of jeans!? $3.00 for a Bikini top!!! Everyone complaining about a return policy there should just try the stuff on before buying it’s really not that hard. The bag issue also isn’t that big of an issue lol. People there were nice. Will be back!! A lot of these complaints are pretty avoidable…”
“I’ve shopped here for years, but never thought to leave a review. I went in a couple of days ago to get a top for a last-minute job interview. When they asked if I could come in “tomorrow” for the interview I thought of the most likely places I could find good options. EF quickly came to mind. I had to take my daughter to an event so I had less than 30 minutes to shop.
I had a pair of pants at home that needed a light-colored top. One of the staff members helped me pick out a few options that would go well. He also looked for another size for me. It was close to closing time, but I was able to quickly try them on and found something I liked. I’m so glad I went in! I know confidence doesn’t come from the clothes, but it sure helps. :)
The staff here is always very nice and it’s great to pay less for timeless pieces. Now that I stopped to think about how long I’ve been shopping there, it’s probably been about 10 years. Very rarely have I been disappointed by an EF piece from this store.
If you like Eileen Fisher clothing it’s definitely worth a visit.”

“Very odd for a massive mall and iconic fashion store, very little discounted! Compared to three other Hollisters I've visited past couple years, this one has no clearance percentages marked down anywhere for the men. I did like the pleasant staff and very tidy, above average display and organized items. A bummer my random haul sprawl took me back to Indiana where the Merrillville Hollister boasted shelves of red tags.”
“I walked into that store hoping to feel the fabrics so I knew what to order online. As a person in a fat body I did not expect to feel welcome in the store. I was very wrong! I was greeted by TWO employees in body types like mine and I knew they would be help to help me with important questions about fit, wicking, etc. I didn’t feel out of place! The store did have some things in my size. Those girls were so helpful, easy to work with and fun too! They really made my shopping experience amazing. Representation matters!!!

“I was told that if I wrote a review, I’d receive a pair of earrings. I was initially happy to do it, but then I overheard what sounded like the owner on the phone rudely asking, “is that woman still standing?” while Ramya responded, “yes, yes, she is buying,” and I felt like I was being watched on camera. That made me uncomfortable, so I declined the earrings and even considered deleting this review.
I also didn’t appreciate the $25 fee just to try on a dress if you don’t end up purchasing it. I had every intention of buying, but that policy almost made me walk away. Since I was only visiting Chicago for a few hours and had already taken an Uber to get there, I ended up making a purchase anyway and paid $430, even though I didn’t really have the time to keep looking around. The fee of 25$ for trying on a dress was anything I have ever heard like .the owner asking rudely on phone .
That said, Ramya herself was very kind and sweet, and I appreciated her attitude. However, because of the overall experience, I don’t think I’ll return or recommend this place to my friends.”
