I was able to get a good deal for this upgrade and Joey was patient and answered all the questions I have. I definitely recommend this location and working with Joey. He was great and very nice!”
“Kelly you are the best! Let me tell you folks, I agree with Lisa B. Kelly had 3 customers that needed extensive assistance, but not me. LOL. Her voice tone was calm, yet professional. The way she handled each situation close to closing time, you would think the store just opened. I needed internet service immediately, just moved from Florida. Kelly provided me with the right equipment, explained what will happen, what I need to do, and it should take less than 15 minutes to set up. Got home and it took only 5. Kelly, listen to me, if you decide to go into another profession, choose Emergency Room, News Anchor or Radio host. Thank you again!”

“The rep was really nice and helpful and great. I was charged twice as much for the phone as it cost on the website and the phone is not that great but that was NOT the rep's fault. People send me a text message and it sometimes doesn't show up for hours after they have sent it to me! It also froze up first day using it and I had to take the battery out and put it back in to get it to work properly. It is a SUMMIT FLIP phone.”

“Great people to work and do business with. We have been customers of Xclutel for awhile, but with remote work growing, we wanted to take our business to the next level. Microsoft teams was not very compatible with our system, but the new web based phone system that Xclutel offers is fantastic. Bill and Paul gave me an excellent demo that really made the final decision about giving it a go. It is a little more money monthly, but nothing compares to being able to take our call center phone calls from practically anywhere in the world. So with that being said, it is paying for itself with the advanced options we were given. We have one remote worker and a very small call center- and now our remote worker can easily take calls right along with the in office girls with such ease! This has taken our business to the next level and is just what we needed for all the technology/remote changes that are happening in today's workplace. “Wanted to say thanks to Doug for doing me a solid yesterday. My phone drowned at sea while on vacation in Mexico. Doug was able to let me barrow a used phone from the store and insert my SIM card for me to receive text messages that I needed to verify my accounts. Able to make a claim to the insurance to get a replacement in 2 days! I appreciate Doug being patient with me with the whole process!!”

“Badass facility, one of the nicest datacenters I've seen. Onsite security, 24x7 escorting you to the datacenter, and or your customers - which is a plus. Upon entering you approach a locked/secure door at which point you pick up the phone, speak to the security onsite, they let you know verify who you are with a government-issued ID, then verify if you're permitted access at which point you're still in a secure lobby, and once granted access you're escorted and taken through a mantrap to your destination. It's clear Equinix dumped *millions and millions* into the facility. We are located in the newest build out on the first floor. All cages are bio-metric, cameras throughout, alarms should you have your cage door open for a duration (monitoring) also additional monitoring temp sensors throughout, humidity, etc. Awesome loading dock, both ramp available and dock. Showers within the facility, customer lounges you can rent which have pull out beds, etc. Definitely an awesome modernized facility.”
