“i came into the ups store in bensenville recently with some amazon returns and wasn’t fully sure what to do. amazon usually lets me choose an option that gives me a qr code, but this time i learned from a young man named carlos that amazon had given me a shipping label instead and instructed me through the process.”

“I just have to leave a review for the wonderful older gentleman who works the front desk here. I’m not sure what his name is, but he is working today (Thursday at 11:00 AM) and he is absolute gold. No matter how long the line is or how busy the store gets, he always has a massive smile on his face, works incredibly fast, and takes the time to genuinely ask how you're doing. He is such a kind soul and completely brightens my day every time I come in. Give this man a raise! He is the absolute best.”
“I came in with several items that needed to be returned, and the process was much more complicated than a typical return. Several different shipping labels had to be created, and I was even assisted with an item that needed to be sent through USPS.
The staff was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, especially Ray. He was friendly, patient, and kind, and he took the time to assist me with everything I needed. Despite the number of returns and the extra work involved, he never made me feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing anyone.
Excellent customer service can make all the difference, and Ray truly went above and beyond. Thank you for making a potentially stressful experience so easy and pleasant!”

“My mother in law and father in law went into UPS Wednesday, I was suppose to go with them because they were nervous that no one would understand what they needed, there English is very broken. Unfortunately I couldn’t go with them due to having a sick baby! I said if you need me just call me and I’ll try helping, they needed to get a notary to sign there mortgage papers for a modification and it had to be sent over night and get there before Friday. When they got back I asked if everything went okay, because they got back home pretty quickly. They said a bilingual lady was helping them and broke it down when the office would receive there mortgage papers, how over night shipping works. The stress was gone right when they stepped in and spoke to her, I asked for her name but they don’t remember. It was at the UPS in Des Plaines on Lee St. knowing they didn’t struggle to send something over important and urgent made me really happy.”
“I wanted to update my review on this store, I am extremely happy that the issues they had have been resolved. They have a new printer and they have knowledgeable, and a very helpful staff. Jimmy, the Print guy is amazing. It was the best service I have received. I feel like they have finally redeeming themselves from a couple issues. I had in the past with their service. I have removed the other review. Just because I feel that they definitely deserve another opportunity especially when they have staff that provides the type of service that Jimmy did.
I am really excited about it because it is the most convenient UPS store for me! I can’t thank them enough.”

“I needed to return a package to Amazon and was told to go to the UPS store. I called first to inquire about packaging and other questions. The UPS person was very helpful then and when I visited the store to send the package. It was very easy to complete the transaction and the person who helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable. No long line and it was quick and easy.”

“I cannot thank this UPS Store enough! I was in the middle of prepping for an Open House and ran into a printing nightmare—another location had me waiting over 30 minutes before finally telling me their printers were down, leaving me with almost no options.
In a bit of a panic, I called this UPS Store, and Jenna was absolutely amazing. Even though it was last minute and a larger print job, she was so kind, friendly, and willing to get it done right away instead of making me wait until the next day. She went above and beyond when I needed it most.

“Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location on my way from work to home and hours of operation. My importantly, unlike other UPS stores, I know I don't have to worry about fumbling with closing the package, answering questions, and etc. Associates will even help me with things on my own phone if I need to print the label. In years I've been coming here, there never been a problem.”
“The location is good, parking is a bit tricky as it's right next to the pizza place. So if you have a heavy box park up front and unload.
