“Great service at Osco Pharmacy! Musaf went out of his way to find me a prescription at another pharmacy during a shortage and sent the order to a non-Osco pharmacy to get it filled. Wow, I wish my doctor cared that much. Walgreens sure didn't. I'm so glad I switched to Osco!

I always stock up at Jewel when I get the 20% off coupon. I like that Jewel is local and loyal to Chicago, they're a union shop, and they employ people with disabilities.

“Parking and driving around there sucks. But this is not their fault. I was at the pharmacy and (I wish I got her name) saved me with my prescriptions. I was having the worst day. I had to pay a ton for my doctors apt and then she came out and told me with insurance how much my medications were. I started crying. I have good jobs but still like everyone in moments we struggle. It was so so so so much money for 2 bottles of cream for my face. I was seriously panicking. She ended up helping me every way she could as much as she could and saved me prob hundreds of dollars. She went out of her way to help. I am very grateful. These people go up and beyond. I hopefully can look normal again soon. I owe her!”

She is extremely knowledgeable and very thorough in answering any questions I have, even if it's about a medication I'm not currently taking. It's comforting to know I can call this pharmacy after normal doctors' office hours or on weekends if I have an urgent question.”

“I have been going to this pharmacy for a few years now, and I wanted to send a special thank you out to THE best pharmacist I have ever worked with in my life. (That may be saying a lot as my father is also a pharmacist). Nonetheless, I really want to thank Eric for the countless times I’ve had early work e.g. 2:00am and Eric has been able to promptly and quickly fill my prescriptions for me. He will retrieve them if they are ready, and has never once complained about me coming in late and asking for him to fill a prescription. Time after time for at least two years, Eric has always met me with a smile and, if time provides, an anecdote or some very pleasant conversation. I greatly appreciate his personality, kindness, and professionalism.

Once, many months ago, a group of two people cut me off in line. I bowed my head and moved out of the way, but Eric took care to see that my needs were met first as I was standing in line first.
