“I've only had amazing business and service here. The women that work behind the counter are hilarious and kind and always willing to offer aid. I ran out of gas about two miles away and had to walk in the freezing cold to purchase a gas can. As soon as I explained the situation, the women both waved their hands, saying "don't you dare, we'll see if we have a spare. I stood and talked with one of them who asked me about my college and life in general. The second cashier/employee returned with a used gas can that they trusted I would bring back. I walked back the 2 miles with a somewhat obnoxious load. Once I filled up my car, I drove back to the station and returned their gas can. They clapped upon my arrival noting that they were glad I was alright. Like motherly, genuinely kind human beings, they trusted me with their property and worried for my safety. I could have hugged them for them saving me an entire and totally unnecessary $20! I've only pumped gas here since because I was and am incredibly grateful to these women and their customer service.”

I had to pay a ton for my doctors apt and then she came out and told me with insurance how much my medications were. I started crying. I have good jobs but still like everyone in moments we struggle. It was so so so so much money for 2 bottles of cream for my face. I was seriously panicking. She ended up helping me every way she could as much as she could and saved me prob hundreds of dollars. She went out of her way to help. I am very grateful. These people go up and beyond. I hopefully can look normal again soon. I owe her!”

“Tonight our family of six went to Walgreens for passport photos. The team was patient, knowledgeable, and kind throughout the process. We didn’t want the pictures to be rejected later so it was very important that we follow instructions. The team was very clear with the steps and also the time each step would take. We got digital and prints. It was pricey but worth it because the digital photos were checked in the system and each “passed” the criteria in the software the team uses as N official passport partner. Fingers crossed we won’t be back for this step but we will be back for Covid shots, candy, wine, hair and makeup supplies for sure.”

(That may be saying a lot as my father is also a pharmacist). Nonetheless, I really want to thank Eric for the countless times I’ve had early work e.g. 2:00am and Eric has been able to promptly and quickly fill my prescriptions for me. He will retrieve them if they are ready, and has never once complained about me coming in late and asking for him to fill a prescription. Time after time for at least two years, Eric has always met me with a smile and, if time provides, an anecdote or some very pleasant conversation. I greatly appreciate his personality, kindness, and professionalism. Once, many months ago, a group of two people cut me off in line. I bowed my head and moved out of the way, but Eric took care to see that my needs were met first as I was standing in line first. The Iowa retailer, the third-largest convenience store operator in the country, built its new three-year plan around three priorities: store growth, food and beverage expansion, and kitchen technology upgrades.
