One of the mattresses was for my 12 yr old daughter, she was very patient while we tried all the different choices and her knowledge helped us choose the best option. Delivery took 4 days and came in the evening. One corner of the TV stand had a tiny chip, but since it wasn’t very visible, I didn’t bother replacing it. The items still look good in my living room and feel sturdy enough for regular use.”

“The work was fantastic and I cannot recommend Montalbano enough. It is always a leap of faith entrusting something that is important enough to be refinished or repaired, but you can't go wrong here. I had a large dining room table that needed refinishing, repairs to the legs, and staining to match dining room chairs. You can see the impeccable work from the before and after shots below (you can also see the reupholstered chairs as well). Also, they took our loveseat, which was held together by bungee cords, and made it solid and beautiful again. Pricing was competitive and the work was second to none. Also, the fact that they are super-nice people doesn't hurt either.”

“I went into the store today to find some plastic glides to replace the ones that had been broken off the current Tropitone deck chairs that I bought at The Great Escape last year. Evan at the front desk was an amazing help. He was able to find some extra glides and provided them to me at no cost. I was very happy when I first received my new deck set with the level of service and responsiveness of the staff at this location, but that was just reinforced today when Evan displayed the same level of commitment to their product and customers as they did in the past.
