“Despite what anyone says about the front desk agents, BRITTANY has the best customer service she stayed on the phone with me for 1 1/2 hours trying to help me fix my reservation. I shouldn’t have booked it through a third party! Her customer service gives me hope that there are still caring genuine people out there! I will definitely be coming back soon. “My cycling team was in town for the Elmhurst Cycling Classic and stayed a night at the Springhill Suites. Joseph helped us check in and sorted out a few issue with our booking to make sure we had a comfortable stay, he was very patient and helpful in figuring out what needed to be done and we had a nice stay. Rooms are comfortable and showers have great water pressure, would stay again!”
