“Great price for what I needed. I was just looking for a place to spend the night prior to a long term trip. I was able to park my car there for almost three weeks with no issues. Peter was very helpful and understanding when my flight got cancelled and was kind enough to waive the extra parking fee. Would definitely stay here again if I travel long term and need a place to stay the night before and need to park my car somewhere.”

“Will say this is one of the nicer hotels I have stayed in, in a while. Room was clean, comfy, breakfast had good options, the workers were considerate for your needs. The only downside is it not being closer to the airport!”
“We always pick Loew’s for our sleep, park and fly. During the winter it’s great to park in the ramp.The staff are amazing and the restaurants connected and close by are great!”

“They have a shuttle service to the airport, so that was quite handy. They also give complementary toothbrush and toothpaste, which came in handy as I didn’t have mine. The breakfast is served at 6:00 and it’s your typical hotel breakfast, so nothing fancy. Overall I would recommend this place”

“I recently stayed at the hotel for a yearly birthday/pool get away. Winnie at the front desk was super accommodating and welcoming. The rooms were cleaning happy they were able to get our rooms by the pool area. The pool temp was warm along with the pool area with temps outside dipping to -22 windchills. Devon at the restaurant/bar was just great too! One complaint...BRING BACK THE QUESIDILLAS! lol”
“When checking in Lariya was friendly and helpful. She offered to look up my Hyatt number and did. When I asked if there was hot water nearby to make tea she explained there was tea and a microwave in the room but she would happily get some for me. She went above and beyond in everything she was asked. Thank you Lariya”
“This has to be one of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed in. The staff was non stop cleaning. Most likely because they use Ecolab products. If they used Procter& Gamble professional products they probably wouldn’t have to work so hard cleaning.”

“This hotel was great. From the smell, the service, Starbucks, and a good food. However, 3 out of my 4 towels had stains on them and Aja was kind, cool, and collected when I told her. Even when I checked in she was amazing!!! Me and my coworker’s key kept not working and we had to make several walks downstairs because we were locked out. Great location and shuttle service you can’t beat. But they just need to button up on housekeeping.”
“Overall, a solid stay! The place had free parking and breakfast. The bed was super comfy, and the staff was nice. The room could’ve been cleaner, but for the price, it was what I expected! I would stay here again.”

“My cycling team was in town for the Elmhurst Cycling Classic and stayed a night at the Springhill Suites. Joseph helped us check in and sorted out a few issue with our booking to make sure we had a comfortable stay, he was very patient and helpful in figuring out what needed to be done and we had a nice stay. Rooms are comfortable and showers have great water pressure, would stay again!”
“The hotel was well maintained and has a nice setting with a small lake right in front. The rooms are clean and well kept, and the staff was polite and courteous throughout. Breakfast, however, felt a bit underwhelming and could certainly be improved.”

We had a wonderful conversation and he took care of everything for me! The room was clean and comfy and pretty, and the beds were soft and new. I will definitely be returning!”
“Excellent experience at this hotel, particularly the location and level of service and professionalism. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous. The rooms are large and clean. While there are older style elements, they add to the historic charm. You can't beat the location right in the heart of Oak Park, plus convenient transit to DT Chicago. Plenty of coffee shops, bars, restaurants (two right on the premises), shopping, entertainment and services, all within a few blocks. I have stayed here twice and will definitely stay here on my next visit to the area.”

“This place is AWESOME. My Husband surprised me with a room for my birthday a week ago. The room was cleaned well, cool and comfortable. The bed had rose petals on it and ballon’s that said Happy Birthday. The champagne and chocolate covered strawberries were phenomenal. I loved the birthday card that they gave me too. The 3 headed shower is a MUST. The lighting and fireplace turn colors . We will come here often. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND.”
