“Check in was quick & courteous. Room was clean. There were a few maintenance issues like loose toilet lid, non-working bathroom fan & less than professional caulking around tub (but no mildew or stains). Room had coffee maker, microwave & mini fridge w/ freezer. Hotel had hard water & the fixtures were affected by it. My son like the gym. Pool was covered.”

“I had a pretty good stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Chicago West – O’Hare Area by IHG. The hotel was clean, the room was comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I also appreciated the convenient location, especially for getting around the O’Hare area. We were only 15 mins away from rental company/airport. I loved the microwave and refrigerator. Bed was super comfortable. There were a few minor things that could have been better, which is why I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5, but overall it was a pleasant stay and I would consider staying here again. Shower pressure could have stronger and a few hairs in tub.”
