“The store does have some unique items and high items. The lady working the day we went in was very nice, talkative, and helpful. We did find numberous items to buy but unfortunately they were not our size. So that's why the 4 stars. I understand resale shops often have one size of items but I wish they a few more sizes. Overall, it was a lovely store. Love the decor and arrangement of items which was easy to shop. The cost of the items were quit expensive compared to eBay or other upscale resale which for me was also part of the 4 stars. We will go back to check again because sometimes a one of a kind items is worth the cost.”

“Store 0428 in Elmhurst has friendly and helpful staff. The store carried big and tall men's clothing which I was unable to find at other big box stores, they only went up to 2x and didn't have tall clothing. I also like the one level building that made it easy to navigate for a Handycap person. The cashier Sarah was very diligent and noticed I didn't get all the discounts I was due and called a manager to adjust my bill, it was very appreciated being a senior on a fixed budget.”

“Visited GQ in Schaumburg prior to our Wedding in October 2023, Tom and Ed couldn't have been more polite and professional. 13 Tux rentals and not a single issue, they even conveniently picked them up for us at the Hotel lobby the following day so we didn't have to worry about returning them. Due to the number of rentals, I even qualified for a free suit. I drove 45 minutes out of the way to do business at this location and I'd go back. Job well done! -Jeff-”
