“I moved away from the city some years ago and like a true Chicagoan, I wanted to have some gear to Rep it. There was never any gear that I could find that I liked enough to buy. I tried buying gear from the Alley but the quality was just too cheap for me and most of the designs were a bit punk/goth. Then I found these guys. I absolutely love the play on words of Cook County as well as some of the city's iconic symbols. The quality of the clothes is top notch. I have a few hoodies and they are the most comfortable hoodies I own. I've ordered on-line and bought in person as well. Both a great experience. Show these local guys some love and rep your city well.”

“Great service and a fantastic custom suit. I was tired of picking off the rack at large department stores (mainly Nordstrom), and was able to order a suit that fits my already broad shoulders without the jacket making me look "like a brick". For a fully custom suit with quality fabric, shirt, socks, and cuff links I was out the door for a few hundred less than I would have spent on an off-the-rack suit with alterations at Nordstrom. Staff is much more friendly and not salesmen-esque like in a department store. I cannot recommend supporting this small business enough, they also sell more than just formal wear. Great job Lou and team!”

“I went in to try on some shoes that I had seen online. Andrew made sure that I was going to get the right size and had me try on a few different pairs to verify. I ended up seeing a different pair that I liked better and he helped with those as well. Top notch service. The shoes are extremely comfortable. “I randomly walked into this store because of the paisley designs and my other friends were boring me and I stayed for over an hour because of Jonathon's amazing service and eye for styles I'd like.With the hefty discounts and his help finding clothes that fit me, I walked out of there with some amazing velvet paisley black pants.There were some espradilles I was interested in but they were on hold for someone else so I asked him to let me know if the previous customer bails. Today I bought them, and can't wait to wear them out.If I had more money I would have bought an entire suit.”

“The store does have some unique items and high items. The lady working the day we went in was very nice, talkative, and helpful. We did find numberous items to buy but unfortunately they were not our size. So that's why the 4 stars. I understand resale shops often have one size of items but I wish they a few more sizes. Overall, it was a lovely store. Love the decor and arrangement of items which was easy to shop. The cost of the items were quit expensive compared to eBay or other upscale resale which for me was also part of the 4 stars. We will go back to check again because sometimes a one of a kind items is worth the cost.”

“Was a great experience customer service woman was fantastic help me out with my expired Kohl's cash. Very friendly staff they should be paid more. I saw many staff members running around the store and dealing with multiple issues. Kohl's management does not put enough people on the floor it's amazing within the past few years how diminished the amount of employees are in the stores. Corporate CEO makes sick money and the people working the floor make next to nothing and then they pushed these credit cards on people way too much. I've even seen them push it on employees I hate to say it. But the experience you'll get shopping in this Kohl's is a good one all things desire clean bright wallet organized and friendly staff.”

“Store 0428 in Elmhurst has friendly and helpful staff. The store carried big and tall men's clothing which I was unable to find at other big box stores, they only went up to 2x and didn't have tall clothing. I also like the one level building that made it easy to navigate for a Handycap person. The cashier Sarah was very diligent and noticed I didn't get all the discounts I was due and called a manager to adjust my bill, it was very appreciated being a senior on a fixed budget.”

“I bought online a Nike jacket size L it didn't fit my son. I went to Melrose Park kids Foot Locker and spoke with Vanessa B and Brittany they gave me many options how to exchange the jacket. The best one for me was to reorder it. Wow. Thank you. From now on I am only going to Melrose Park. I thought I had to do extra driving or mail it. Saved me money and time. Love it. Also I asked about the dunk gym shoes also told me where I can go and buy it or order it with them and have it sent to my house or them. Thank you so much for being friendly and informative .”

“The staff at the varies various stores are always helpful and available to answer any questions. I stopped at the Schaumburg store to check on sale items. Found pair of pants that I wanted, but they did not have my size. Female staff person called the Downers Grove store for availability, and requested item be held for pickup. “I came here with one of my cousins. We were out browsing around on a Saturday. She mentioned we should drive over to Sensationz. I'm so glad we did. Cute unique clothing. Very colorful and vibrant garments to purchase. The guy inside the boutique was very quiet and chill. He allowed us to browse around without pressuring us to buy anything. They have some very nice accessories to go along with the clothing. It's a bit of a tight space. There is even a clearance rack to check out.
