They took us in last minute when another groomer canceled on us even though they were fully booked. I had given my dog the sedating medicine and was panicked when the other groomer canceled, but fresh pals saved the day and took us in.

Teddy is treated like one of the family. Vicky and her family are so wonderful with all her fur babies, they are loved as one of there own. Vicky is always thinking of ways to keep her fur babies entertained. We can't express my gratitude for making our lives a lot less stressful when we have to leave our fur baby.

We have done tricks, barn hunt, nosework, AKC rally, confidence workshops, doggy dancing, and AKC fetch. We just started dog sports in October 2025 and all the trainers I have had are welcoming, knowledgable, kind and fun. I especially have enjoyed rally with Marie and tricks with Beth. The community here is great. The prices are VERY reasonable. They have so many class times / options in comparison to many facilities who often have only one or two days/times. So grateful for this place!!!

She cared for our elderly cat while we were out of town. During the initial meeting, she was kind, asked thorough questions, and reassured us that our cat would be in good hands! During each visit, she updated us on how our guy was doing and even brought him fun toys to play with while we were gone. We felt completely confident leaving our beloved cat in her care. The club is so different from other training programs in that it’s coordinated and run by passionate and knowledgeable volunteers truly interested in the success of every owner-dog team. . As a result, it’s very personal, incredibly fun, and great learning. I can’t wait for next Tuesday-and we just got home from class tonight. Great experience in every way.Mary and Debbie Simpson were outstanding in both, Rally and obedience. Betty makes agility challenges much easier by breaking down task in pieces. Al of them are great about positive training.

I came here to celebrate my lady’s bday and got more than I expected. This is a very nice, lowkey, romantic or small party date night. They have a wide variety of wine, beer, cocktail and small snack options. They also have different events like trivia and live music. I highly recommend and will be back soon 🙌🏼.

And they always come through with no complaints and perfection every time. And this is a busy shop. They let me know when I expect it. With excellent customer service and satisfaction. Which I had at other Starbucks locations. God bless the crew at this location because they are 100 percent customer service oriented. And very team oriented. And this place is immaculate.

The service is amazing , the food is outstanding and the smoothies are the best . My all time favorite dish is th salted egg Dungeness crab don’t forget to add pineapple to the rice along with Malaysian green beans.
