“This is a very reliable location for all your mailing needs and more! I ship everything from this location for years now and they are always so easy to deal with. Customer Service is 10 stars every time! I needed something notarized and my bank said they couldn't do it until July 5th and I needed an appointment. Then I came here on a hunch that they had notary service. They notarized my document within 2 minutes and only charged $5! That beats all your time and gas wasted trying to get notary appointments for weeks later. Maaz was so patient and helped us with making a copy of the document, envelope then shipping the document for us. They saved the day and I'm very satisfied with all their service. The store is always spotless and clean. Rates are a lot better than the other UPS stores too. They also do USPO regular mail options. Services also include notary, copies, mail supplies and postal mail boxes. Best and only place you need to go for all your mail resources! Thanks Ahmed and Maaz for helping us so much!”

He took the time to make sure the return would be in proper order then spent the time to engage in a brief, friendly conversation. “I needed to print 2 sided pages that fold open (like a book). The manager (didn't get his name), was super helpful in assisting me with the print job and even informed me that the printer has a fold function. After 1 or 2 tests, we got it perfect and printed the rest of the 30 copies. Was super thankful for his help and appreciate that I dont have to fold 30 pieces of paper, which would have come out less than perfect. Very friendly staff all around.”

“Erin and her team are absolutely amazing. I won several lots of model trains from a local auction house and needed them shipped to me. The UPS Store picked everything up immediately, packed everything carefully, and shipped everything as economically as possible. This was not a small task, as the shipment was about 45 pieces, filling 9 boxes, weighing several hundred pounds in total. Not to mention, the trains are delicate and needed to be packed cautiously.I really appreciated the care, the speed, and the diligence to keep costs down! The actual shipping was almost half of what was quoted!! I was ecstatic.I'm completely blown away. Everything arrived safely and in great shape.I've worked with several other pack and ship companies and nothing compared to the superior level of service that I received. It was absolutely exceptional.Thank you so much!”
“I went on my lunch break to return something I bought on Amazon. There was a problem scanning the QR code off my phone and since the Amazon account is under my husband I don’t get the emails. I texted my husband to forward me the email but he was at work, so who knows when he would have the time to send me the email. Luckily the employee that was helping me had the idea of emailing a copy of the QR code to the store email and scanning the code from there. It worked! Now my package is on its way back to Amazon and I was able to check this off my list of errands.”
“I had such a great experience at this place! The location is very convenient, located within the Hilton hotel just steps from the blue line train and terminals. The employee working there was sooo nice, she was very kind, professional and worked really hard to make sure that my documents were printed perfectly. I see that other reviews are complaining about costs, I thought that costs were reasonable considering the location, convenience and quality of service. I will definitely come back to this location if I need printing or copying services in the area.”

I would go out of my way to go to this location for how easy they make everything! I often have to print labels and return through specific companies like happy returns and they always know what to do.”
“On the afternoon of February 15th my wife, 100 year old aunt and I had an afternoon flight to Dallas TX her new home. One of her prized positions was a very large 32" x 22" shadowbox containing artwork completed my HER grandmother. The previous evening a different pack n ship business quoted an extraordinary amount to ship. So hours before the flight, we walked into the UPS store on Harlem Ave. The diminutive gentleman behind the counter, heard our story, gave us a quote, took our cc info and we headed to the airport. Late that evening he text the receipt. Several days later it and other packages we entrusted to him arrived in perfect condition. Outstanding service.”

Ruben is always helpful and mindful about things to help make the shipping of my art that much better; he wants to ensure that the art that is sent out arrives to the client’s hand safely and in perfect condition. I’ve never had a client of mine complain about shipping and they’ve always received their art in perfect condition. Thankful that you guys have a mindful and driven associate like Ruben.Edit- 1/24/24I visited this location after a long time and I was greeted by Tiffany. She took the time to guide me through the new system and add my updated info to it. I was surprised she knew me by name cause again, I haven’t visited this location in a minute, but it was nice to be known. She asked detailed questions on how I wanted my piece to be shipped out, which I appreciate because it is an exhibition piece and I didn’t want it to be damaged on arrival. She was very detail oriented and I’m grateful for that.”

“The stars are for our local postal carrier, Mr. Thorn, he is awesome. He's been our mailman for 2 and a 1/2 years, and we absolutely love him. He is so kind and goes above and beyond. He interacts with our children and has built a friendship with our family and the families on our block. He not only looks out for our neighborhood and neighbors, which includes safety; example suspicious cars/activities/people who don't live there, but he interacts, makes conversation, takes the time to get to know the community. Recently, he found out about a recent diagnosis with one of our children. He bought and dropped off balloons for her. It put a smile on her face. She loves balloons and she likes smiley faces. One of the balloons was a smiley face. I know this may sound cheesy but he really is the Mr. Roger's of our neighborhood. There's no gift that would ever be a good enough thank you gift for his daily kindness. I hope that he would get a raise, bonus and whatever time off that he desires!
