“I absolutely love going to this location, everyone is always so nice and helpful. They always greet me and everyone who walks in the door. Everytime I go, usually in the evening they are busy, busy BUT they are always patient and help everyone with a smile.
The other day I went in to return a few amazon items and when I mean a few it was probably about 10. I was going to do it myself even though there wasnt anyone else waiting to be helped in the store. I just felt bad it was that many items. CHAD greeted me when I walked in and I told him I had a lot of things that I would do the return myself and if I needed help i would let him know. He saw how many things I had and he did not hesitate to help me. He said not to worry that he could take care of it. Honestly that was very kind of him. He took his time and made sure everything was seperated and scanned appropriately. I really appreciated all his help. It probably would've taken me 2x the amount of time it took him to do the return process.
I have moved house since, but I will still continue to return to this location if and whenever I need their assistance. They are an amazing staff.

“My mother in law and father in law went into UPS Wednesday, I was suppose to go with them because they were nervous that no one would understand what they needed, there English is very broken. Unfortunately I couldn’t go with them due to having a sick baby! I said if you need me just call me and I’ll try helping, they needed to get a notary to sign there mortgage papers for a modification and it had to be sent over night and get there before Friday. When they got back I asked if everything went okay, because they got back home pretty quickly. They said a bilingual lady was helping them and broke it down when the office would receive there mortgage papers, how over night shipping works. The stress was gone right when they stepped in and spoke to her, I asked for her name but they don’t remember. It was at the UPS in Des Plaines on Lee St. knowing they didn’t struggle to send something over important and urgent made me really happy.”
“Amazing! I had two pieces of art that were large and fragile and I was helped so quickly and effectively I was probably in the store only ten minutes! And the art was professionally wrapped, boxed, labeled, and it cost much less than I expected.”

“Aviv is awesome. My daughter rented a U-Haul truck to move into her apartment. All went well until I locked the keys in the truck. I called the next morning to explain this fact and he said he was able to use another key to get in and also that I had left the power on (to take a photo of odometer and gas gauge) but he jumped it and said we got lucky and all was good!
Anyways, I thought it was important to not only publicly thank Aviv but point out the effort he exercised to solve the problem. All without calling attention to himself or the extra effort he put into solving MY error! Made my smile after a strenuous moving day. Thank you Aviv!”

“I was a Lil irritated due to UPS was supposed to pick up a heavy box 5days ago. I asked my neighbor to put 2 boxes in the car. I got to the Westchester office around 820a. I went in and asked if there was a cart to bring them in. Ash and Loyal immediately went to my car and both carried a box in with no hesitation. To say they went over and beyond for me is an understatement. My wrist was messed up and I couldn't have done it myself. Big Kudos that real gentleman works at the Westchester office.”

“This has got to be the best UPS store that I have been to in years. Both the staff members were so incredibly helpful, patient, and very kind. They helped me get all my stuff situated and returned how it needed to be. Even with their computer system down and not scanning the QR codes correctly, they still manage to record and print out a ticket for my returns, which was so wonderful because there’s no way that I could bring it back to this location as I don’t live super close. Too bad all the UPS stores do not have employees like this such a pleasant experience.”

“I needed faxing service last minute. I entered the store twenty minutes before closing. A young man, TJ welcomed me with a warm smile and politeness. TJ explained it would take a few minutes, shared what the cost would be and engaged in small chat. He provided me with a confirmation, asked if I had any questions. TJ was an absolute professional and made a stressful situation less stressful. I hope management knows how valuable TJ is to this company. Thank you, TJ.”

“I have no clue how this store has a 3.9 that’s not representative of the store at all. They go above and beyond with instantaneous service to all customers and manage problems with systems or bottlenecks like it’s nothing. I’ve had bad experiences before with UPS stores but this completely changes my opinion on them forever. They’ve earned me, my companies, my friends, my wife and families business for life. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
For some context:
I had recently gotten my car stolen while on a trip in Wisconsin. They had given me a call that my car was in their tow lot but needed a notarized letter. I live in villa park and called 2 other UPS stores, one didn’t even have a notary there and the other had no clue what he was doing. I then called this UPS store and Julie Wagner THE GOAT helped me even before I got into the store. She helped me create the proper paperwork for her to notarize and answered 2-3 phone calls when I had a new question for her. She was so kind and calm over the phone my hectic day was already getting better before I arrived.
Then once I’m there they walk me through the whole process of printing and notarizing. I then had issues with my ID and she worked diligently and to the absolute best of her ability to help me. Even when I had an error in the paperwork and had to come back she still helped me out.
I’m only writing this review because of the great team at this store. I see the owner responds to these and I hope the message is relayed to the notarizer at this UPS store Julie Wagner. Whatever you’re paying her it evidently isn’t enough and she should get a raise or a bonus or something.”
