“Had an appointment for vaccines today, got there the system wasn’t working for me to check in but the pharmacist and team were very kind and helpful. Wait was a bit long because of being short staffed ( it happens so often in healthcare, so I completely understand) and also because if this Karen of a client yelling about being asked to bring valid ID. Please be respectful to the employees, they don’t make the laws, rules and regulations.
They are saint and so was the Manager that was called over. Vaccines were done fast with no pain and explained perfectly.”

Greeted me and as she finished with a customer - was able to go above and beyond. Read off battery number and showed me battery section and was patient enough to allow me to change battery at counter for my watch.
Manager seem busy but with an employee like Mia no need to worry help is near”
