“I was a little worried taking my SUV to have repairs done to the front end because I had never been there before. I walked in the front door and a very nice lady greeted me and listened to me with a big smile and got me the person who would take the next steps. They did the repairs very quickly, faster than I thought. When I went to pick up my SUV I could not find my truck because it looked brand new from inside and outside. They did an amazing job and the customer service was amazing also. I am going to tell everyone I know to go there for all their repair needs!”
“This place is awesome, everyone here is very friendly and helpful. They worked with me and gave me a great price on my tires (which are an odd size that aren't very easy to find sometimes) and one of them ended up flat when I left, but I called and they said to come right in and they'd fix it. It got replaced in less than 20 minutes at no cost to me, but after having such a great experience with them this week and previous visits, I would have been willing to pay extra for the extra work. Great service, great people, and very honest with no pushy sales tactics. Thank you guys!”
“I took my SUV Chevy traverse 2020 because when driving it up above 50 miles an hour the car was shining. They looked at it and said that all of my tires were bad that the wire was coming through them and that my back end of my car needed to be fixed. But I did not have the money to do that at this moment so they put new tires on it and trying to balance the tires the best they could be in the fact that the rear end needs work first. But they didn’t even charge me for the balancing that they did do Because it wasn’t complete because it needs the backend work done. They went out of their way to help me immediately with great service and communication and was very tentative about getting my vehicle finished for me. I will not take my car anywhere else to get it fixed.”

This needs management attention. I took my 2007 town car to the shop to fix its lumbar support. The front desk lady Tyler said it will cost $149 just to get a diagnose and she also suggested there should be parts available to fix the issue after the diagnose. So I went ahead chose the diagnose. But after the diagnose, she said they can’t find parts for it. I suggested to get a used part or any other solutions(there are a lot of used parts for town car on the market); She just refuse all other suggestions. I felt like I got lied into the diagnose since she suggested more than once there should be parts available for it. Also, she didn’t care to give me a discount to make it right, because part of this is her fault. I will keep telling people about this if you guys don’t make it right”

“You know how you go to your mechanic to get brakes a tire falls off while driving away? Not here, in fact my wife and myself think the wheel alignment somehow also made our car run better. I let my wife do the talking and she was not treated or talk to in a way that made her feel a certain way.”

“I went here for years before moving just was thinking about this business so I wanted to leave a review if I didn't live so far away they would still have my business treated me better then any shop I've gone to I have bad luck with tires (if it can get stuck in my tire it will) they were always priced far and if I could find it cheaper it wasn't the same quality they had I even had them fix my lawn mower tires before and always got it done in a far amount of time they were always friendly and knew me when I came in (again I have bad luck) the reason I even started using them was because I had a flat and the rim was stuck on they only charged me for the lug nuts and even put the spare on have nothing but good things to say about this business”

“I brought him four old style trailer rims with no center web and four 12ply tires he had them on in less than 30 miniuts and when i got back with the money already 2 of them were aired up and we gave them hand with the last 2 cuz it was cold and windy out. He only charged me a $100 and I will definitly recomend him to anyone how needs a tire in a pinch and or needs tires un/remounted he works late and gets it done for you.”

“Rebuilt my alternator that couldn't be repaired or replaced by RAM. I have an alternator from RAM with the eTorque motor (RAM calls it a motor generator unit) that was making a grinding/whining sound on startup. Did some research and figured out I needed to have the bearings replaced. I spoke with Marvin's and they repaired my alternator in a couple of hours.”
