“They are wonderful. It may look a little chaotic when you pull in but believe me, there's a method to the madness. Jim knows what he is doing & he gets it done, period. He is no frills but he is honest & he is up front. I love my car & I don't trust just any random mechanic to help keep it maintained & running properly. In my opinion, at Bumper to Bumper you're getting a dealer quality mechanic without the dealer prices. In addition to that, Jim is just a good guy all around & I feel really lucky to finally have a mechanic I can trust & afford. If you want a comfy sofa & TV this isn't the place for you, but if you want your car fixed without having to take out a bank loan to pay for it, then I highly recommend giving him a call.”

“Having the same staff running the front desk (for over 3 years) includes a strong sense of community with the services provided. For which, have always been top notch for me; strait forward (no hidden fees) and somewhat affordable. Although many of the prices are higher than other options, such as only retailers (mainly tires), the quality and garuntte that comes with the purchase makes it worth it. Thank you Plaza Tire Carbondale.”

“Ron Ward in herrin is amazing. Compared to other dealerships that act like a business Ron Ward Chevrolet in Herrin acts like a family. If you are thinking of buying a car from here ask for Brett Van Zandt even after a year of buying our second car from him he still calls and checks up on use and sees if we need help with anything. The service department goes above and beyond to work with your schedule. 10/10 recommend!!!”

“Customer service at this place is nothing but a 10/10. I have taken my car there a couple of times to be fixed and they have always been extremely helpful when it came to fixing my car and talking me through each issue. That's not even the best part. I had an issue where one of my airpods fell in the middle console through a small slit where my emergency brake is. They were the first people I thought of when this happened. After I explained the situation there was no hesitation from Kayla and another nice lady to try to fish it out. Not only did they get it out for me, they also did this in the blistering heat with no complaints and didn't charge me a thing. They are the best!!”

“Yo I love coming here. The white dude in charge is real good and knows his stuff and he do not charge by the hour, but by job. He will still do the work even if you get the parts from the local store. I trust these guys because you can't get any good deals or prices anywhere else. And they're not trying to take you out for a ride especially if you're a woman.”
