We like the building, the amenities and the staff. The building is well maintained and any maintenance requests have been handled promptly. The workout facility is very high-end for an apartment complex. Great proximity to transit, restaurants, shops and Northwestern University.

Service & Maintenance Manager Luly is outstanding. She takes resident needs into account, and collaborates to find a solution that works for everyone. I hope Luly stays as Service Manager at the Evanston location for many years. She's a real asset to the Evanston location.

I feel very safe here. The building is well maintained. Fernando is the best, if I ever need something fixed, he shows up fast and gets the issue resolved quickly.
