Wonderful customer service by Branch Operation Lead Amadi Coutard-Dunforzl yesterday at Chase Bank on McCormick, Evanston. It was a hard day with a major banking issue and Amadi sat with me until the problem was resolved. She was kind and patient and really restored my faith in humanity! Thank you Amadi!!

Why is this Chase branch an amazing branch? It's the little things like when you bring your dog in while running errands and they do something adorable like this.
