i used to love the First Bank and Trust and have banked with them since 1989, since Byline Bank took over they have become useless.

I feel like First Bank & Trust was a small bank that took care of it’s customers, and Byline is a big, corporate bank with profit making as it’s driving force. After three instances where they charged me unexpected fees, I’m looking for another bank.
