Really exceptional place. Most interesting and creative house made sausage selection - Thai - Merguez - Toulouse - chorizo - etc - really amazing. I don’t know if any butcher with this sophisticated a repertoire anywhere in Illinois. The meat offerings / cuts are also very unique.
