About Pilates Connection

We are a fully equipped studio with classical apparatuses based on Joseph Pilates’ original specifications. All teachers are trained by Romana's Pilates International, the gold standard for Pilates teacher training. We offer private and duet lessons as well as small group classes. We also host teacher training and continuing education for Romana's Pilates International.

    As a graduate of Pilates Connection, I cannot recommend this studio enough. If you are looking for true, authentic classical Pilates in the lineage of Romana Kryzanowska, this is the absolute best place. Love all around! ❤

    Beautiful and clean space! The instructors were very kind and professional. You could tell they were passionate about the work they do. Perfect place to go whether you're new to pilates or are looking for someplace more experienced.
