“Service is good and staffs are very friendly. The reason I'm giving 3 star is I was charged for a box fee ($6.38, which is A LOT for a box) when I was shipping documents with 2nd day air. I confirmed with staff that there should be free boxes for this shipping rate, but mine was too large to fit into those free ones. So I have to pay for a dedicated box. However the document I was shipping was just 300 sheets of letter paper. Later I checked on the internet it totally fits into the "UPS express box small" and should be free! Not sure if there's any miscommunication but I feel being tricked for this..Update: according to the store owner the only free supply in the store is the envelope. You need to order online if you need the box. Which is still a weird policy but I’ll change the rating to 4 stars.”

His service was prompt, professional, polished and proficient. One of the best shipping experiences I've ever had. He even helped me carry all my items into his store front and packed the 5 barrels I bought, even though he didn't have to. I mean what a guy.
