The GEM Museum Suites Evanston is a hotel with extremely kind, helpful, and friendly staff who are very accommodating and personable. Guests enjoy a great stay, noting the excellent daily included breakfast and the amazing, fabulous Greek restaurant inside the hotel with impeccable service and 5-star food. The location is close to the University and downtown. Any minor issues are resolved immediately, making visitors feel welcome and ensuring they plan to return.
This a real GEM. Everything was outstanding about our stay. Unfortunately we stayed for just a night for an anniversary party. We’ll definitely be back for more nights. Breakfast was excellent!

Lovely and cute hotel / suite in Evanston. Great value for money. Breakfast is wonderful and ran by a very sweet Hispanic lady who took great care of us.
