“We've stayed here many times since our son started college in town. This visit in February was the best stay ever. This was all because of the amazing hospitality provided by the staff. They were outstanding. The front desk staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and cared for. Jessica at the front was outstanding. Great job Hyatt Evanston in hiring a new team of staff. Also a thank you to Aspen and Harvey for your excellent care.”

“We used this hotel for our wedding room block in December. Overall the experience was good, the prices were reasonable, and the rooms were large. We were able to rent both presidential suites for myself and my husband to get ready in with the wedding party at a fair price. The only issue we had leading up to the event was poor communication with the sales office. They did help to resolve our issues and offered to waive the "goody bag" fee for each guest (it's $5 each to hand a premade bag to guests containing snacks and water when they check in...). Overall I would recommend for your wedding if it's nearby, but I would be warned about the communication issues.”
“Decent enough rooms but late night I needed a beverage and out of all six floors not a single Coca-Cola machine was working there are no open convenience stores in the area after 10:00 p.m.Food & drinks: None of the soda vending machines worked!”
