2020 prompted Urban Yoga Chicago to create HealedLovedFed, an online wellness membership program designed to help clients find their authentic expression and a sense of ease in their own bodies. They use yoga and wellness tools as the point of entry to align clients' minds and bodies with the life they want.
Love this place! Great spot for hot yoga and yoga sculpt classes at a fair price. Clean and friendly. My favorite flow classes are with Alexandra and Ivy!

I love Yoga Box Lakeview! The instructors are wonderful and intentional in planning their flows. I also love how the lights and music create such a wonderful atmosphere to focus on my practice.
