Walgreens Pharmacy is a mixed bag of experiences for customers. While the pharmacy lines can be long and frustrating, the overall store is clean, modern, and well-stocked. The staff, though often overwhelmed, is generally friendly and helpful, with one customer praising the exceptional service of an employee named Maria. However, the store faces issues with security and theft, with shoplifting being a persistent problem that has led to the removal of security guards and the locking up of certain items. This, in turn, has led to higher prices for customers to compensate for the losses. Despite these challenges, the store offers some convenient features, such as an electric car charging station in the parking lot. Customers also note that the prices for non-pharmacy items can be quite high, with some products costing significantly more than at other retailers. Overall, Walgreens Pharmacy provides a mixed experience, with the clean and modern store design and friendly staff balanced by the frustrations of long pharmacy lines, security issues, and high prices for some products.
Strongly suggest the drive thru, as it gets priority over in store customers. I’ve given up on this facility, gone to the jewel/osco a short distance away. Too bad, I live only a block away, but I can get a little shopping done and save a trip.

Got me feeling old with the whole kiosk check-in situation- seemed inefficient for its purpose. Everything else was fine.

1/5, not the fault of employees. It's all corporate.
They shut down the drive through to force people to scan a QR code and fill out a form in order to wait in line in a transparent data-harvesting scheme. It's embarrassing how bad this place fell off since introducing the QR code.
