This Walgreens Pharmacy presents a mix of modern convenience and frequent frustrations. The store itself is noted as very clean, modern, well-lit, and generally well-stocked, with amenities like a parking lot car charger. However, significant challenges impact the experience. Pharmacy and checkout lines are often long and can move slowly, with staff appearing overworked as they multitask. A major point of contention is security and shoplifting, which is described as rampant, leading to many everyday items being locked up and causing customers to wait for assistance. This also contributes to higher prices. While the staff are consistently described as nice and even exceptionally helpful—with examples of going above and beyond for customers—the overall environment can feel inefficient. Some customers find the check-in kiosk system inefficient, and the presence of individuals asking for donations outside the store is noted as an annoyance. For many, the pharmacy is the primary reason to visit, as other goods are often considered overpriced.
Strongly suggest the drive thru, as it gets priority over in store customers. I’ve given up on this facility, gone to the jewel/osco a short distance away. Too bad, I live only a block away, but I can get a little shopping done and save a trip.

Got me feeling old with the whole kiosk check-in situation- seemed inefficient for its purpose. Everything else was fine.

1/5, not the fault of employees. It's all corporate.
They shut down the drive through to force people to scan a QR code and fill out a form in order to wait in line in a transparent data-harvesting scheme. It's embarrassing how bad this place fell off since introducing the QR code.
