“I absolutely loved my experienced. I came into sell some scrap gold and silver completely not knowing much about the process, but I had definitely done some research online and stopped into a couple other places prior to coming here.
The other place… yes, I can make a list of those. They did not make me feel comfortable. They were not explaining things the way I wanted them to nor being transparent.
With that said, Chrissy is a gem (pun intended). I appreciate the knowledge that she shared and the level of clarity that she gave. Plus the pricing was on point. Later on that day, I even bought some broken pieces back from my mom- same experience!

“If you’re new to buying jewelry or looking for a new spot to buy either real gold and real diamonds this is the place to go to. First and foremost, the first time I walked in was just to look around and see what might catch my eyes, astonishingly everything was catching my eyes, the layout of the jewelry was very well, rings on one side, chains, bracelets, gold, silver and diamonds all in their respected areas and not mixed up like other places. I was then helped by Dil who has been there for quite some time, he assisted me with figuring out my ring size and how it should fit, after that he gave me a few options of rings to look at. Luckily I found a ring my size and my style, I of course purchased the ring, now many people are always iffy about buying diamonds and question if they’re real or not, so I put it to the test and had gotten them tested at Kay’s, and I knew I was buying the real deal the moment the tester touched my stone and it automatically blinged up and and beeped giving me the clear indication that they are real diamonds, after finding that I was being sold real diamonds and not Cuban Zirconium I decided to go back to buy more! I then went to buy some initials pendants with diamonds, I got two 10k rope chains as they’re more firm and more durable, and just recently bought a tennis bracelet from them! Very great customer service and very friendly staff! I can consider Dil a very well trusted man who only wants the best intentions for the customer, he’s very knowledgeable and experienced and can teach you a lot within a few minutes of speaking with him. 5/5 highly recommend this place if you’re shopping for yourself, girlfriend, fiancé, wife, or friends and family, what makes everything even better is the fact that they have 3-4 finance companies they work with so you can pay it off little by little walking out with the item if your choosing for a very little amount as a down payment! Definitely recommend this place for everyone!”

“I had some old gold coins (not going to lie, was hoping for a windfall!) that I was taking around for evaluation and possible sale. Chose this shop as 1 of 3 because of their affiliations with professional organizations, convenient location, family business and reviews. I was assisted by both Josh and Ralph. They answered my questions, explained their appraisal process, appeared to genuinely look for ways to give me a maximum buying price and were basically just nice. I also learned that they sold lots of things that I like (particularly watches!) and that they considered the time we spent to now make me eligible for “someone we’ve done business with” pricing. I’ll be back to shop for sure and they’ll be my first stop if I come into any assets in the future.”
“Had a great experience there. Screwed down the crown on my mother‘s old Patek Phillipe and replaced the battery. Charged me a minimal amount and told me the gasket would need to be replaced to make it fully waterproof. Really nice folks.”

I received a Shinola watch as a gift but had decided that for such a beautiful piece I wanted to pick something that was more my style. Upon walking in I was greeted by a super nice and chic salesperson who immediately told me an exchange would be no problem. I showed her what I thought I wanted and she pulled a number of similar styles so I could decide between a few. I wanted a mixed metal yellow gold and white gold band but the one in stock only had mixed metal with rose gold. Regardless she was able to put (like create right there on the spot!) together exactly what I wanted with expert craftsmanship. She spent time to size the piece for me. She included extra links in case sizing wasn't right and even put in a couple Shinola Cola's. This location gives you white glove service even for an exchange! This kind of experience makes me want to come back as soon as possible and buy more.”
