“This was my 1st time in a Carters store and I must say I really liked it. The store was very organized, clean and the girls were very helpful. There was a shirt that I wanted to purchase but it wasnt in the size I needed. So they had it shipped to my home and I even applied for the credit card! “I was shopping around 4 years ago for my sons baptism suit, and this was a one stop shop. Prices varied and I ended up spending less than 100$ for a suit, shoes, socks, and candle. I’ve been coming here for four years since for my two other boys.(one baptism being 1 month ago). I have to make another trip as god mother again and this will be the place I go. This store will continue to have my business because their prices are phenomenal and their customer service is amazing. “This is thee place to go to for communion dresses! They have so many different styles and most importantly different sizes to choose from! There are so many it makes it hard to pick one! They have everything you need here and on top of that the owners are the nicest people ever! They are so helpful and genuinely care to help you find what you want. “This store is always kept clean and organized, even their sale section. Not only that, but the employees here are extremely well trained and kind. They always go above and beyond to be a sweet person. The store selection for guys is becoming noticeable limited but still the items are worth shopping for the price point. This place is great! Nice selection and the price are reasonable. My kids get probably half of their wardrobe there. I love their price especially when they are on sale. Everything here fits me nicely. Friendly customer service only reason i didn’t give them 5 stars is because every time I visit the long lines waiting to be checked out. When picking a order sometimes I have to call to let them know I’m outside for a pick up order.”
“This mom and pop shop is a one stop shop! They have it all! This is the 3rd time I've visited to purchase clothing and accessories for religious occasions.The owners are very friendly, they greet and assist you immediately. They do not hover around you, they give you your space, let you browse and politely offer you more options if needed. The items are reasonably priced and they have lots of variety.”

Especially a manager that works there idk her name but she had braids helped me with everything I needed I’ve read all these other reviews and I must say I’m shocked sometimes it don’t be the workers it be the customers. When you give a hard time you will get a hard time. I’ve witnessed a lady stand in like 15 seconds and catch a attitude cause they are attending to other customers she said she had a pick up order well just because you have a pick up doesn’t mean you go first they attend to whoever in line. I’ve worked in retail so I know how it is, overall very good customer service.”

“Definitely recommend this store! They do have a good selection of communion dresses and have a good amount of seating for the grandmas/entourage who come with! The staff is lovely and we especially want to shout out to the sales associate Tamika who was BEYOND helpful and truly helped make first communion dress shopping special for my daughter. Go here. (& go before things are picked over! Like most places they just order a bunch of dresses in January and dont reorder)Pricing is expected for communion dresses at a boutique store ($300-550).”
