“I had to drive quite a bit because this is the closest branch to me. It was well worth it. The building is under construction, so space is limited, but the customer service and community made the experience a great one. I felt welcomed. The tellers were smiling and joking with customers. Extremely knowledgeable. The customers were in good spirits. There was this young lady (customer) passing out little suckers and fist bumping other customers. It was precious. It felt like being around family. The manager (I’m assuming) was knowledgeable. He didn’t assist me, but I saw him assisting others and transitioning from the drive through to the lobby. The young ladies were so polite and friendly. I honestly could have stayed in the lobby just for the atmosphere. I just walked out with a smile on my face. In this day and age, great customer service is RARE. Service was quick even with long lines. Kudos to this team. Keep up the great work. Keep thriving and continue being the beautiful souls that you are.”
“Very nice staff!!! Got check same day for my dream car, ladies are very helpful. They made me feel very comfortable and very informative. Very low rates as well even if u have horrible credit rates are the best in town. If you are able to get an account with them go for it , you won't regret getting . I'm so happy I will not finance anything unless it's thru them .”

“Maroon financial has always been helpful but recently they really went above and beyond. I was traveling outside the country and used my debit at a bank ATM. Prior to leaving I gave the credit union the dates. Unfortunately my card was compromised & I didn’t not receive the funds. After contacting Maroon and talking with Rebecca, who not only straightened out the situation but helped calm me down and stayed on the line while I attempted a withdrawal ATM at a different location. I cannot thank her enough! Afterwards I was able to relax and enjoy the rest of my vacation.”

Alicia, my loan officer, was phenomenal. She took the time to thoroughly review my income and worked with me to secure not only a great auto loan with an excellent interest rate but also surprised me with a $15,000 increase to my credit card limit—completely unexpected, but much appreciated! Alicia made the entire process feel easy and tailored to my needs, and I truly felt like more than just another customer.
I also had the pleasure of working with Mike in underwriting, who was equally impressive. “I am very disappointed with this credit union. I've been with United Credit Union since 1999. Since it's now Vicinity Credit Union, I've had nothing but problems!! For the past 6 months my money has been disappearing. Every month I have a negative balance! This month my balance is negative 475. Where's my money going????? By the time I get my retire check I won't have any money at all !!! I will be contacting the BBB, because something is definitely wrong!!!! I've never had this problem while with United Credit Union!!! The fees you charge are terrible, if you're $1. short they charge you $35. I am 70 years old and I can't afford my check that I get once a month to be literally stolen from me. I am requesting that the CEO contact me ASAP!!”
