“Been coming to this credit union since 2000(?). It was South Division but it merged with Scott. The people(employees) and I have developed a great relationship over the years. Some faces are new but business as usual. Some changes in how it operates. I used to get my direct deposits on Wednesday. Now I get it Friday. That was convenient but not a major issue. I also got 1 free cashier check every month. It's $3 now. It is what it is. Won't go anywhere else. If you decide to bank here, the people will try to make banking enjoyable and worthwhile.”
“Very nice staff!!! Got check same day for my dream car, ladies are very helpful. They made me feel very comfortable and very informative. Very low rates as well even if u have horrible credit rates are the best in town. If you are able to get an account with them go for it , you won't regret getting . I'm so happy I will not finance anything unless it's thru them .”

“I have been a member of this credit union since 1977. Nikki and Laura have always been helpful and patient. The only time I was disillusioned was when my purse was snatched in the 90's and I had just put a new book of checks in my purse. I had to pay for each check used even though I had gone to the Credit Union to report my book of checks being stolen. I could not understand that and at that time it was too much going on in my life to make a change to a bank. Now that I am no longer in Illinois, I have UTCU and Chase; so far, everything works well. Nothing is 100%; so far, I am well pleased. Brenetta Glass”
